Customers are saying
Customers appreciate the PowerLite Home Cinema 3020's impressive picture quality, enjoyable 3D viewing experience, and its ease of use. Many also find the brightness sufficient and the price reasonable for the features offered. However, some users note the projector's noticeable fan noise and relatively large size as potential drawbacks.

Awesome picture & amazing 3D!!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did weeks of research on projectors to find the best in my price range(800-1500). I went with the Epson 3020 and am extremely happy with it! The blacks are black and the colors are bright. Yes, if you go to the higher end projectors the quality changes but, if have mine setup with a Elite 100" ( model-electric100H) screen and the picture is just as hood as my 55" plasma. Sports look great and the 3D is just as good as Watching I-Max! Picture is bright and clear. While researching I heard the term "ghosting" regarding 3D but could not see any of that. I am using a Sony 3D blue-ray player(BDP-S5200) as well. Which is awesome! Fast to access Netflix w/ wifi. I don't normally do there feedback summaries, but finding a good projector is not easy!

I could not ask for more
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This projector is much better then I thought it would be. I went from 55" to a 120" and all I can say is WOW! Even with the lights on the picture is still great. But when the lights go down it just pops. This is a must buy if you are looking.

great projector. worth the money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently had an Optoma Gt 700 projector which was great. However it has degraded where paying to fix would cost too much. I replaced it with the Epson 3020. You get what you pay for and in this case you get the best projector experience imaginable. I have a 120 inch screen. Picture quality is beautiful. Quiet as a mouse. The 3D is better than being in a movie theater. Resolution isn't lost, and all in all a wonderful piece of machinery. I highly recommend this to any enthusiest that aims to have a big picture and want to take the projector route. You won't be disappointed.

the picture will make you smile
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ive had this projector for the past couple of months and its been beyond awesome. I had just finished my basement and was on the fence on whether to get a big screen or a projector. Hands down this was the right choice. I have it projecting on a dark grey wall and even with all the lights on the picture looks phenomenal. Everyone one who has seen it cant beleive how well it looks. The 3d is amazing just as good if not better than the movies. I bought some additional samsung active glasses which work perfectly. This along with some energy 5.1 take classic speakers and a denon 1713 receiver...sound and look better than the movies in my opinion. All for under 2000. Exceeded my expectaions

Love this Projector
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Running this on the Screen Innovations - Sensation 120" fixed screen. The family and I love watching movies and playing PS3 on this projector, life size images, beautiful picture quality. Looked at 80"+ TV's but just wasn't big enough for the home theater. We are 100% happy with our buy!!!

Epson Powerlite projector
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I built a home theater in my basement and always wanted to include a projector and for the money my Epson Powerlite has been great. Its picture is really good quality, and it's very quite.

Not satisfied with Epson
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I watched about 10 movies and very little tv before the lamp went out. Luckily the part was still covered by the warranty. I was told it would take 3-7 days for a new lamp to arrive. After 2 weeks I called them again to find out the part is on back order and there is no time table for its arrival. Seems to me they would have a warehouse full of these lamps considering they do expire. The product was good when it worked but now I can be months without a projector. NOT WORTH IT.

Had no luck :(
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.while i was very excited to finally purchase a 3d projector this one turned out to be a pile of junk. I have had projectors for a better part of 10 years this is the second one i have bought that stopped working after only a few days use.
