Really nice scanner. It is very fast and my wife and I love it.

Had some difficulty installing but am pleased with the product. Most likely my lack of tech savvy contributed, not the quality of the product. My 2nd Epson scanner.

I would have liked to give in this product five stars however after reading the box and actually working with the unit, I would have to stay that I'm thoroughly disappointed in the wireless feature. When I called Epson to get an explanation as to why the product will not scan wirelessly past what seems to be 20 pages they really did not have an answer other than it was based on my wireless network. When i explained that my wireless network is far more superior than they give credit for because I'm running half gig speeds and scanning just basic papers. What ends up happening when you're scanning more than 20 pages it just sits there and act like it's processing when nothing ever gets accomplished. The item does work flawlessly with USB capability but when you go to get a product based on what's presented on the box and nothing mentioned that there may be issues using the wireless feature or in the words of the Epson representative they prefer that you usually USB cable and it's not in the documentation that's where I have my problems. If you're wanting this device to scan single pages and nothing more it would be perfect for you however if you're like me and your archiving boxes of paper make sure you you use the USB cable. Even though AGAIN it's not mentioned in the documentation!

The scanner is mechanically well designed and scans quickly. The software is from multiple outside sources, is hinky and not well integrated with the machine and with its related software elements. The user interface is straight out of the nineties. Epson needs to buy some Apple products to learn about a polished interface.

This is an excellent addition to the office and making it easier to keep track of purchases and receipts. It definitely is a plus factor at tax time purposes. It’s nice to get products that is basically useable for all. Sadly we had to return, we couldn’t get good quality I internet connection to work it to its fullest extent. Once we figure that out, I am going to get another one.

Good scanner , works good for scanning photos or documents fast . Receipt software is cumbersome to use but gets it done .

This machine works very well and it puts our info into Quickbooks for us.

The scanner is excellent for scanning small receipts and is fast and very smart. I recommend it.

Great product, although a bit challenging to set up with a few apps to juggle. Automated support replies were not so good. However, a real person took a look an hour later, and I received a spot-on reply. Looking forward to this product and its capabilities. But I'm hoping the setup can be smoother, being somewhat inconsistent with parts going well and others hanging with the technology or me scratching my head.
