    Great product, although a bit challenging to set up with a few apps to juggle. Automated support replies were not so good. However, a real person took a look an hour later, and I received a spot-on reply. Looking forward to this product and its capabilities. But I'm hoping the setup can be smoother, being somewhat inconsistent with parts going well and others hanging with the technology or me scratching my head.

    Doesn't function as well as my old Neat scanner. A little slow, and took a bit to figure out how to efficiently scan and upload to Neat. Not compatible if that's what you're looking for. Jams more often than I'd like. Otherwise, decent scanner.
