Great product, very happy with it. Use it everyday

So far so good ....haven't been able to utilize its full potential. However, pleased thus far. We're impressed with it's current use & hope to adapt to it's full use.

Great scanner for small business at home use. I was able to business cards, documents, both letter, and Adel, and a lot of old photos. Worked well with both windows 10 and 11.

This is a fantastic product. I have a small home business. I had the portable version that only took a handful of sheets at a time. This one scans at least 50 pages. The other positive thing is that it will export to Excel, QuickBooks, your hard drive and much more. I recommend this product.

I work in the Higher Education Administration field. I’ve been working remotely for about a year now. I miss having accessibility to the Canon C650 in my office. The Epson RR-600W Wireless Duplex Touchscreen Scanner is making me miss the Canon C650 in my office much less though. This is my first Epson Scanner and I am very impressed. The RR-600W measures about 6.9 (H) by 11.8 (W) by 6.6 inches (D) with its trays closed and weighs 8.1 pounds. It is plug and play. I took it out of the box, attached a few parts, and then plugged in the power adapter. Needless to say, it was easy to assembly, set up, and it is very light (not bulky and takes up little space). The intent of the Epson RR-600W Wireless Duplex Touchscreen Scanner is specifically designed for organizing and managing receipts and invoices. My job does not include organizing and managing receipts and invoices in Higher Education Administration. Thus, I used this feature to scan my personal receipts and invoices. My receipts come in different lengths and widths. For example, I recently went to H-E-B to restock after a winter storm in my area, and that receipt was very long because I bought a lot of items. Another example, I had a doctor’s appointment and that receipt was thin, 5 inches long by 2 inches wide. I put both receipts in the tray and the scanner scanned the receipts seamlessly. Within seconds the receipts appeared wirelessly onto my MacBook Air via the ScanSmart Accounting Edition, also known as the Receipt Manager software. This software is very impressive. It was able to identify vendor names, date on the receipt, total amount, sales tax, etc. I can see how this can benefit business owner who collect tons of receipts daily. They no longer need to manually enter data because the software accurately extracts and organizes data from receipts and invoices, and seamlessly integrates the data into Excel spreadsheets, QuickBooks, TurboTax, Quicken, etc. As mentioned in the above paragraph the Epson RR-600W is wireless. You do not need extra cables to connect the Epson RR-600W to your computer. I’m grateful that the Epson RR-600W is wireless because my MacBook Air only has two Thunderbolt ports. I’m glad I do not need to buy extra attachments. I use the Epson RR-600W mainly for its TWAIN driver feature. The TWAIN driver feature easily integrates my documents into PDF. I can now create searchable and editable PDFs at no cost and sent it to coworkers. I use the 4.3-inch touch screen control panel often. The screen control panel is very user friendly. The first thing I did was connected the Epson RR-600W to my wifi network. I scrolled right using the arrow to find “Settings” icon. I tapped the “Settings” icon and used the down arrow to scroll down to find the “Network Settings” icon. Then I clicked on the “Wifi Setup” icon. I’ve also used the 4.3-inch touch screen control panel to send data from the Epson RR-600W to my computer, to send data from the Epson RR-600W to coworker’s email, and to send data from the Epson RR-600W to a thumb drive. Lastly, the Epson RR-600W has a duplex feature. I’ve put a piece of paper with writing on front and back into the Epson RR-600W tray. The Epson RR-600W automatically scans both sides with me having to reinsert the back page manually. All features have been accomplished quickly and accurately. While the Epson RR-600W has many advantages; I wish it also included a way to print so that I could get rid of my bulky Brother HL-5070N printer. This is a review for the Epson RR-600W Wireless Duplex Touchscreen Scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

Nice and neat scanner but if you have MacBook software come with it junk too many downloads doesn’t work perfectly with MacBook Pro but with out software if you need just scanner still if you using on MacBook Pro

Excellent device. Syncs well with my computer. Am using it for my new bookkeeping business. Delivery was prompt.

The scanner has been just what my office needed. It is fast and wireless giving me the extra flexibility i needed.

Like the title says, its a great and fast scanner WHEN IT WORKS. It works fine when I first installed it and now It cant detect my computers even if all the security system are turned off, firewalls, windows defender etc. Changed all settings to share the printer, made sure all connections to the PC's are good to go, same WIFI connection BUT still cant detect my computers. (I can still scan using my PC which is in the other room but it doesnt scan to PC from the actual scanner itself. This is my first ever EPSON product that I bought (besides the Epson copy papers I bought today) and this will be the last. Never again. If I can give this trash a negative rating, I will give it in a heartbeat. If you are the lucky one that got this and it worked, Good for you! Like I said, when it works, its great. Once it doesnt, GOOD LUCK! Returning this ASAP!

I had a Neat receipt scanner. Neat quit supporting my scanner and appeared to quit making scanners. This Epson The scanner is compatible with the Neat software and works great. I am glad I found it.

I absolutely love this Epson Rapid Receipt Wireless and Desktop Scanner! It has truly simplified my life and allowed me to organize everything I have paper wise! I would highly recommend this product for anyone, regardless of receipts or documents!

This scanner is a great help with tax documents. I wish I had bought it earlier.

Much better than expected. Had to travel on business and needed a scanner to take with. After using it, I doubt we’ll use our full size commercial Ricoh multifunction machine for scanning much anymore.

Epson Scanner is so good, this is 2nd one I have purchased in last 6 months. It is great for business or personal use and when setting up a 2nd computer station I went with this scanner with no thought of another.

Whether for your business or home office, dealing with receipts and expense reports is a daunting task. You not only need to organize them but you also need to manually add them to spreadsheets or accounting software. Not fun. Being skeptic like I am, I didn’t expect this RapidReceipt would make my work life much easier but the promise was there and anything would help. To my surprise, it did a lot more than I expected. The OCR was not just faster but way more accurate than others I’ve used. The accompanying software Receipt Manager makes it a breeze. This scanner is small, which is a good thing, but the 4.3-inch touch screen looks really big on it. That’s also a good thing. Just a bit of a comment about the size of the scanner. When not in use, it is really compact. Otherwise, it takes some room because the bin that holds the scanned sheets is considerably long. Thank you Epson for making it without the need of an Ethernet cable. Wireless is the way to go. The option to convert receipts to PDF is very welcome and boy, this is fast. 11 pages scanned and converted in less than 15 seconds. At first, I was afraid it would destroy the receipts going that fast but it didn’t. Combine this with the included Accounting Edition (Receipt Manager) plugin and the time you’d spend organizing receipts is cut to one third or better. I almost could say I was having fun feeding it with the receipts in my drawers and boxes. Nice! And I found a lot of other software that work with it for scanning business cards for instance (some people like me still get those). I just finished scanning all my receipts for income tax. It was never this easy before. Although I’m not sure this would work for bigger organizations with thousands of receipts and invoices, I can attest that it is a dream come true for home offices and small businesses. They say it can handle up to 4,000 scans a day though, which is a lot. The time this scanner saves is more than worth the price tag in my opinion.

The scanner itself is really nice but it doesn't compare anywhere near the neat desk software for receipt management.

This is a high end scanner, at a high end price. Does it earn its price? Absolutely! A lot of good about this scanner, and so little bad. Setup is a breeze, with detailed instructions and pictures starting from opening the box and setup. The size is perfect, and the scanner unit sits on my next to my monitor. After plugging the scanner in, and a few clicks, you are on your way. The unit FEELS quality to the touch. From the bright color screen to the adjustment areas for the size of the paper. There are options for scanning via USB, and receiving it via internet through a variety of means (Email, Google Drive, etc). I tried them all, and all were very straight forward. I went with the USB directly to my computer option because it was already on my desk, and it is so fast. Let's talk speed; SO FAST. I couldn’t believe how fast it was. I thought it wasn’t scanning. But it is scanning. DOUBLE SIDED. And not double sided by scanning once, and flipping it. At the same time. And somehow, just incredible quality. No paper became safe. I was introduced to the world of instant, high speed scanning. High quality scans of photos, yes! Better than an all in one flatbed for photos. A lot better. High quality scans of that receipt that is wrinkled and in your pocket, yes! High quality scans of that double sided document you have in a folder in your desk because you have to store it, yes! My paper desk drawer went from bulging to empty in an afternoon. The PDF software it comes with, combined with the touch screen made scanning over 500 pages, receipts, and pictures makes a “paper drawer” a thing of the past.
