    Scanner worked great for about a year. Then the scans started to show lines through the image. Epson support recommended that I purchase a cleaning system (about $25.00), which I did. After I went through the cleaning process, the scanner produced no images. Epson support then said the product was out of warranty. Never again!

    This worked beautifully for three months. One day the scan button just stopped working. Uninstalled and reinstalled software. Tried USB and wifi. Nothing. It does the initial paper grab when inserting a receipt and that's all. No support available except advice to do the above. No way to receive warranty support.

    Could use this item as to the reason was because afyer i downloaded the drivers for this said item even though i was running the most updated version of windows the product said my comp was not compatable. When i returned the otem the customer service clerk said that a lot of the said item is returned for the exact same reason. When i asked the clerk as to why they couldnt give me a reason as to why.

    My only issue is that by the 3rd scan there are lines in my scans and Ive followed the directions for cleaning and they haven't worked.

    I specifically bought this scanner for its WiFi capabilities and was totally let down. Even though the WiFi switch was on, it would intermittently advertise it's SSID. Very poor designed product and being returned tomorrow for a refund. I'll be buying a Fujitsu instead. BTW, a 43 year IT Professional and can setup WiFi in my sleep.

    Honestly, i was surprised with what this small Epson RR-70W Wireless Mobile Receipt Scanner can do. It’s lightweight, but scans my receipts so quickly and efficiently, with good dpi, that scans all the info/data on the receipt, scans documents, even ID cards. The Epson RR-70W Wireless Mobile Receipt Scanner is so useful especially for travelers, like me, who need to scan on the go. I used to use my phone to scan documents, and this scanner has been a savior, less hassle and less time to scan documents and receipts! And so far I haven’t had a single paper get jammed. I just wish it came with a protective sleeve/storage case, so it’s extra protected inside my laptop bag. For a scanner built to be portable, i’D think the company would have considered to include a protection to it, especially that it is not a cheap scanner. I’d get really sad if it broke on the go. Setting up the scanner was pretty easy and straight forward. And connecting it to my computer was a breeze. It functions on battery, and if it needs a recharge, it just a plug away from your pc. And it is totally wireless!! No need to plug anything to scan documents! Battery life is impressive, I’ve scanned over two dozens of documents without recharge. It even comes with a user-friendly software that you download, that allows multiple scan and save Settings. You have the options save Scans in PDF and JPEG formats. Overall, I am super impressed with the Epson RR-70W Wireless Mobile Receipt Scanner! This is a review for the Epson RR-70W Wireless Mobile Receipt Scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review

    This Epson RR70 W scanner is handier and more terrific than I imagined. I am a freelance researcher, and I am always scanning documents or receipts. This machine is perfect and so user-friendly plus compact and light it will fit in my tote. The scanner was packed securely and easy to take out of the box. No assembly required! Instructions were easy to follow. Software was quick to download with visual instructions to make the process even easier, plus it automatically checked for updates. So easy to setup and only took a couple of minutes. I scanned my first few documents and I was impressed. Wow! So fast and easy to scan documents and receipts. After scanning, several options are offered, including saving to your computer, emailing, saving to Dropbox or Google Drive and Evernote. This little scanner will even export data to third-party software such as Quicken, QuickBooks, Microsoft Programs (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) or even OneDrive! Plus, you can rotate, crop or stitch images. It is fast and quiet. Additionally, with it being so small, weighing less than 11 ounces and wireless, it can be setup anywhere for use and it can be quickly stored when not in use in places like a drawer or on the desk without taking up much space. This scanner is a great addition for my home office, and it will save me time and make my work more efficient and organized. I am really expressed with this scanner.     I bought and returned this scanner 3 times, twice from best buy and once from staples and each time I would be able to scan maybe 50 photos/documents without issue and then suddenly things would scan straight and appear crooked in file form and white streak lines would appear. I was really disappointed, I couldn’t find any help online, I called Epson and still nothing changed. It’s sad because I went back multiple times and wanted it to work so badly but once things were crooked/had streaks, it was over, nothing ever came out streakfree and straight again.

    I received this scanner about 2 weeks ago. I expected it to actually be bigger than it was. I love that it is smaller than I expected. For those that don't have a lot of space on their desk, it is the perfect size just to leave out and use it when needed. It was very easy to set up and within minutes I was up and running. The first thing I did was scan all my business cards. This took some getting used to as I had to jam them into the scanner harder than expected. Receipt scanning was a lot easier. It auto feeds them in at a great pace. I was able to scan everything I had to scan within minutes and was completely done within an hour (from set up to finished scanning everything). If you are looking for a compact scanner that is wireless, this is for you. This is a review for the Epson RR-70W Wireless Mobile Receipt Scanne

    Fantastic Scanner. Crisp Color images. Documents look great. Multiple save formats and addition of Nuance PDF software. Installed software and received a firmware update out of the box. Scanner has a fast response time. Easy to save to any file. Can scan both pictures and documents. Battery life is improved over previous versions. Very handy and light weight.

    With tax time coming up and the need to have a good portable scanner for not just a office but for when I'm traveling I strongly suggest looking at the RapidReceipt RR-70W. The compact design and rechargeable battery makes it perfect for adding to a laptop bag to scan scan receipts and work orders. Scanning is quick and easy, and the included software works seamlessly with most third party software. Setup is quick and fairly straight forward. Simply connect via the USB cable download the free epson software and run the installer and everything else from there fwd is pretty intuitive. Wi-ffi sets up really quick and easy and all your essential software is downloaded within a few minutes. The Epson software supports scanning to several online services not just third party apps. So you can scan and send your copies to dropbox, google drive ect. I ran into one issue trying to scan to an editable PDF, however that might be a failure of my own software. Overall the RR-70W worked well for me and made uploading all my receipts and invoices a breeze.
