    The product failed (F code) within two years the warranty period. Epson replaced it with a refurbished one. That one was dead (F code) within 18 months. Mind you this device, while portable, just sits on my desk. I send it to the recommended repair shop by Epson who then proceeded to ask for $200 to fix it. That repair shop has not returned the device yet. Epson just stopped responding. I would have really given the device 4 stars just because the receipt software that comes with it is rather dated. Customer experience with EPSON is highly disappointing. I have an HP Printer Scanner for 12 years and still going strong. EPSON just needs to build better products.

    DOES NOT WORK in USB 3.0

    Who makes a product that doesn't work on ALL USB ports. Imagine buying this then having an error message that bricks the device "Error code "E1460-B305" or "E583-B308" is received while an Epson device is connected by USB to a computer that supports USB 3.0." It's 2021 Epson I don't know if you know this but just about ALL computers sold or built these days support 3.0
