Bought primarily to be a receipt scanner, not so good for that - was hoping to get around the limitation of a flatbed scanners bed length for long receipts but it had trouble feeding them and keeping them straight, so back to Best Buy and exchanged for a flat bed scanner. (it was happier with 8.5 x 11 paper)

This scanner does what I wanted it to do, low volume personnel scanning. It was simple to set up, plug it in and say yes a few times. Works very well. Saves my documents where I want them. It does have more features that I currently don't use, but nice to know there are available.

I purchased this scanner to help organize important documents, expecting a modern, efficient experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case. While I am now outside the return window, it’s worth noting that this product feels significantly outdated for today’s technology standards. As a Mac user, I had to purchase an additional adapter just to connect the USB cable—an unexpected and frustrating extra step for a scanner marketed as “smart.” This immediately set the tone for an experience that felt old-fashioned rather than streamlined. What should have simplified document organization instead added inconvenience and unnecessary cost. In an era where most devices prioritize seamless compatibility, this scanner falls behind. I hope the manufacturer takes this feedback seriously and considers offering a more modern version—or at the very least clearer compatibility disclosures—so customers don’t run into the same disappointment.

There is very little setup involved with this great portable scanning solution. It scans well and is very simple to learn to use. Highly recommend this product.

This scanner is one of the greatest efficiency tools I have ever purchased. It has eliminated mountains of physical files that used to take up space. it is dirt simple to operate is inexpensive. If you have a business or home office or just want to make keeping track of receipts easier, this purchase is a no brainer.

So easy to use and perfect for getting rid of this massive clutter of paperwork I piled up. A case to keep it in would be even more perfect but we can’t have everything, right? Basically, plug it in, follow the prompts and you are good to go. It’s that simple. If only all tech was that easy.

Huge time saver. Took days, but managed to scan and shred every document I've received in three years, save, name, and sort, in what would have taken months with my printer's scanner. Sharing with friends and family to declutter their lives too.

This scanner has been a lifesaver during COVID-19. I am a math teacher and this scanner has given me a way to scan documents as a PDF to use in videos and lessons. It has also been very useful for my children when sharing written work with their teachers/professors. It creates a very clear, easy to read document.

Very helpful to me because I travel for work and the small size is very helpful to me All I need is wireless network and I can work from anywhere. Any documents I can scan on the go.

Simple to use...scans one page at a time, but that's all I needed. Small, light weight, easy to install and use.
