Excellent product! Really easy to use and very useful.

This is light, easy to use and carry daily. The quality and the design is top notch.

It is really plug & play scanner. Just need to download Epson scanner software and utilities stated in the user menu. I highly recommended and it is well worth every dime.

I was impressed with the ease of use and the accuracy. I have used other handheld or mini scanners and this one is great. I would love a self feed option - but for the money and if you are simply organizing receipts or quick scans - its great!

This scanner was purchased to help with working from home. Works wonderful and super easy to use. Even though it does not scan both sides at once, it does easily group all images together until you are finished scanning a document.

I purchased this scanner to help organize important documents, expecting a modern, efficient experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case. While I am now outside the return window, it’s worth noting that this product feels significantly outdated for today’s technology standards. As a Mac user, I had to purchase an additional adapter just to connect the USB cable—an unexpected and frustrating extra step for a scanner marketed as “smart.” This immediately set the tone for an experience that felt old-fashioned rather than streamlined. What should have simplified document organization instead added inconvenience and unnecessary cost. In an era where most devices prioritize seamless compatibility, this scanner falls behind. I hope the manufacturer takes this feedback seriously and considers offering a more modern version—or at the very least clearer compatibility disclosures—so customers don’t run into the same disappointment.

I use this with my Surface Pro 7. Perfect for sending documents to be reviewed and edited. I don't like paper clutter, so I scan everything and save as a PDF for my organization.

Perfect for home use. It has worked wonderfully. I do recommend this scanner.

So disappointed. At first it seemed like this would be a great scanner, but after scanning 3 pages the scanner for no reason disconnects from the computer even though its still.plugged it. I then have to unplug it and plug it back in to reset it. Unfortunately I am taking it back to the store. I need to scan to many papers to hassle with this. It was easy to set up.
