    This is a decent handheld scanner. It will scan items up to 8.5 inches wide by up to 72 inches long. I wanted it for scanning receipts to get rid of the paper clutter. The standard software suite will save it to the cloud of your choice or to your local hard drive as a PDF file. You can purchase additional software from Epson to integrate with Quick Books.

    I had the work force DS-40 then got the ES-50 it is a lot less steps to scan and save then the 40
