Quit working a week after purchase.

Worked great for 5 days - then blank pages

For $100, I expected it to last more than 12 scans and more than 5 days. I purchased this January 11th and January 16th, it started scanning with black lines. I used the cleaning strip and now it doesn't even scan anything - just blank pages. Contacted Support and they had me remove the drivers, remove and reinstall the software + drivers and the scanner is doing the same thing. At this point, I don't even want a replacement. I'm going to return it and look into another brand.

Waste of time

We were unable to download the required drivers and software. After multiple attempts and getting disconnected from Epson we decthat the time spent was not worth it

Pictures get stuck when inserting it.

Don't waste your money

I've tried adjusting resolution, uninstalled and installed drivers, etc.., restarted computer... nothing works. I am unable to scan black and white photos. I will be returning this. Don't waste your money if you plan on scanning photos.

Avoid this model - does not last

However it stopped working after a year. I keep getting a "load your originals in the ADF before scanning." flashing on the screen every 2 seconds non-stop. Renders my PC inoperable until I unplug the scanner. Tried uninstalling and re-installing several times. This is obviously a hardware issue that EPSON does not cover so they force you buy another one.
