After you get the software download from epson, it works as intended. Only thing is that you can only do 1 page at a time so not really for multi page documents.

I work in an aircraft maintenance shop, and I always need to keep records of the documentation for the parts I replace on aircraft. The Epson ES-50 is perfect for that—it's easy to use, super portable, and very reliable. I totally recommend it.

Works great on newest Win 11 and fine on 10, does not work on 22H2 but that’s Microsoft’s fault, it affects all scanners.

Cheap little scanner, cost 100. Scans both color and black and white. Haven’t had any trouble using it. But get the software or it won’t do anything.

The scanner was very easy to set-up (just plug in the USB cord, download the software from Epson and you're ready to go. I recommend this scanner to anyone who needs the ability but needs to be mobile. It's lightweight.

It checks all the boxes on my list. Scans are clear. Easy to set up. Simple to use. It can be stored anywhere. *Note: The hard copy user guide that comes with it includes the internet address for the software.

The scanner saves me from headaches search for receipt to prove purchases if I need to return Items. I organize forms and it release me from all the papers thar often accumulate. It truly was a best buy.

The product was easy to set up and configure, works as advertised and gives surprisingly good quality scans at a very respectable speed. Only issue is that it's a bit complicated to scan multi page documents, but easily learned for anyone used to scanning.

I needed a scanner that produces quality scans and this product totally satifies my needs. The fact that there are more expensive scanners implies better quaility which is not true. Portability counts when you are usig a laptop and not a desk top.

Perfect for my law practice, the plug and play aspect of the ocr and smart scan software makes it a must to take to court so that I may (in no time) scan notes into the electronic file immediately after the case is heard.
