I previously purchased a brother mobile scanner and returned for the Epson. I love that I am able to scan 100 pages at a time vs 20 pages at a time. Very easy to set up and use. Definitely recommend this product.

This scanner is really fast & can hold a large stack of documents. You can only scan a few pages with the all-in-one printers that have scanners. This is a must if you have a huge volume to scan

Ehh. It worked for the first couple of months. Didn’t get any warranty and of course it then started only working sporadically.

Works as describe. Setup was a bit of a challenge, could be more interactive. Downloaded apps did not work properly… plus cost just to use it(app) to make your scanner function. Not what a customer needs to deal with when needing to get work done. Hopefully Epson will fix the app issue and automatically setup as plug and play.

Excellent. Gets the job done. Easy to understand once reading the manual online. Works with the IMAC computer.

This thing is a workhorse. I prefer a solidly built scanner to a multi-function and this device lived up to the brutality I put it through. It can scan double-sided in one pass too!

I also have the ES-500W, but I really like the convenience of the LCD touchscreen on this model. The ability to preset your settings and have them available on the customizable screen is awesome. My only annoyance is ability to select certain settings is more limited on the device presets vs the desktop software presets. The ability to select a device preset and scan directly to the cloud (OneDrive in my case) without a computer is a great feature.

This scanner is fast and scans both legal and letter size paper! Great for notary loan signing agents!

We use this for scanning old photos and documents, and it has a nice option to slow feed documents even when scanned at a lower DPI. Previously, we had to set it to a higher DPI just to get it to scan slower so it wouldn't damage the old papers. In addition, it has dust detection (stops scanning, tells you to clean the scanner glass, and tell you where to clean). Wireless function works well and works consistently. Good quality photos.

So easy to use! My wife is transferring family history from lites of hard copiers in many notebooks to digital info. Saving so much space.

Great little scanner. Very easy to set up and use. I scan hundreds of photos, postcards and small artwork. It is also great for individual 8.5 x 11 sheets. I really like it.

Excellent scanner, very fast efficient for a good price, I would refer my clients to get this product
