Excellent product. Works great. Just as I hoped it would.

Works fast and flawlessly. Installed downloaded software on each of my 4 computers. It had no problem recognizing each one. Really amazed at how fast it is.

Fast scans! Wireless can be a bit hinky, but overall I'm much happier with this than the all-in-one printer I had been using.

 Really good image quality, especially for photos, much better than the document scanner is when scanning photos, as you can see details in the shadows, and the resolution appears to be higher. I really appreciate the speed as scanning stacks of photos become super easy, and you can even add photos while at scanning to get around the 30 photos at a time hopper.

Set up was easy. Scan to your computer or email was fast! Highly recommend

Purchased this product to replace a very simular Epson unit that worked well for me for the last 10 years. I am using this on a Windows 10 PC, it was very easy to setup, the software is very intuitive, I use a MAC also but have not yet used the scanner with that PC. Most of my scanning is duplex and images stored on a cloud account. The scanning and storage options are Huge, intuitive, and easily changed. The price I paid for the new unit was about half of the cost for the unit it replaced and the functionality is far superior.

I purchased this Epson Scanner ES-580W for home office. It had increased my productivity to get things done. This device is easy to plug and play without reading the manual. I am looking forward for my next purchase a printer that doesn't require a lot of ink.

Now that I have figured it out, it's a piece of cake! but what a pain getting it there!

Scanner works well, scans quickly, and I don’t encounter errors nearly as often as I did with my ScanSnap scanner (or it’s software). I primarily scan single page documents need the front and back scanned into a single document from the autofeed tray. I have yet to find a way to do this with the Epson software and instead use Adobe Acrobat. I would still recommend this scanner as it has worked well so far otherwise.
