I thought the earlier generation of this scanner was great. But this is far better! The interface if easy and intuitive. I can easily see and organize the PDFs as I move through the process. And jams are almost non-existent. Definitely recommend!B

Excellent scanner! I scan quite a bit for my law firm and needed something that was quick and efficient. This scanner is all of that. I even recommended to my mom and she loves it for her accounting business. It’s definitely worth the small investment.

I have wanted a solid ADF scanner for a long time, but many scanners require manufacturer software to access the files. This unit does not. It scans and transmits the scan via email. It seems like it will transmit via SMB as well, but I have not been able to get that feature to work. The touchscreen is smooth, the wireless network is one of the easiest devices I have configured in a while. All around this is a solid machine for $300.

I’m a scanning addict. Wore out 3 Fujitsu’s. Thought I’d give Epson a try and can say the scan quality and speed are up to par, but would like to see a more programmable user settings. Other than that zero complaints.

By far the best scanner I have ever owned. Fast, snappy, sleek, and works seamlessly. Only one minor complaint - customer service is poor. I had an issue connecting it to my new PC and received bad customer service that was absolutely no help to me and in fact made the problem worse. Thankfully I was able to figure it out on my own, but others less tech savvy may have trouble doing so.

Workhorse of my office. It is used everyday to scan documents that come in and go out of the office. I have several versions of this. This is the latest edition. I would recommend it for a small business.
