I previously purchased a brother mobile scanner and returned for the Epson. I love that I am able to scan 100 pages at a time vs 20 pages at a time. Very easy to set up and use. Definitely recommend this product.

Stand alone scanner is always the best way to go. Unlike all in printers, a dedicated scanner is always trouble free.

Very easy to set it up, works perfect! My first scanner machine, I was using all in one, quick delivery. Excellent purchase.

Works as describe. Setup was a bit of a challenge, could be more interactive. Downloaded apps did not work properly… plus cost just to use it(app) to make your scanner function. Not what a customer needs to deal with when needing to get work done. Hopefully Epson will fix the app issue and automatically setup as plug and play.

I use this at work, and this thing is great. We scan a lot of documents, and this scanner is definitely fast and scans very clearly. It also looks very sleek.

This scanner is really fast & can hold a large stack of documents. You can only scan a few pages with the all-in-one printers that have scanners. This is a must if you have a huge volume to scan

I'd live this to the moon but for one flaw. It scans fast and clear but looses connection with my computers constantly. I am a business owner with several people in my office. I have very good wifi so i know thats not the problem. I am constantly having to reboot the scanner and or computers to get it to connect. The search simply does not find my computers.

This thing is a workhorse. I prefer a solidly built scanner to a multi-function and this device lived up to the brutality I put it through. It can scan double-sided in one pass too!

I also have the ES-500W, but I really like the convenience of the LCD touchscreen on this model. The ability to preset your settings and have them available on the customizable screen is awesome. My only annoyance is ability to select certain settings is more limited on the device presets vs the desktop software presets. The ability to select a device preset and scan directly to the cloud (OneDrive in my case) without a computer is a great feature.

This scanner is fast and scans both legal and letter size paper! Great for notary loan signing agents!

So easy to use! My wife is transferring family history from lites of hard copiers in many notebooks to digital info. Saving so much space.

We use this for scanning old photos and documents, and it has a nice option to slow feed documents even when scanned at a lower DPI. Previously, we had to set it to a higher DPI just to get it to scan slower so it wouldn't damage the old papers. In addition, it has dust detection (stops scanning, tells you to clean the scanner glass, and tell you where to clean). Wireless function works well and works consistently. Good quality photos.

Great little scanner. Very easy to set up and use. I scan hundreds of photos, postcards and small artwork. It is also great for individual 8.5 x 11 sheets. I really like it.

The scanner is so easy to set up. Scanning my documents are so easy, clear, and fast. I will highly recommend it.

This is the second scanner of this model we own. We also own many similar previous Epson models. My primary reason for choosing these Epson scanners is they have some Linux drivers available even though Epson doesn't officially support Linux. However, the Linux feature set isn't as full as for Windows and Mac drivers and software. Also I've run into a few bugs wit the Linux software. I would like to have had a wired Ethernet port in addition to the WiFi on this scanner. I also feel that it would have been nice to include a document carrier for more delicate items. Some of their other models include the carrier.
