awesome movie good actors and good for a movie night.

You know when these two action superstars are in a movie together you're going to be in for a full throttle, high octane action flick, but Escape Plan wasn't exactly what you'd expect from move starting Arnold & Sly. Instead what you get is a film that actually has a dang good story with a fair amount of action. If you're looking for in your face, straight up bullets flying, explosions a plenty and crazy stunts, this isn't your movie. But, if you just want an entertaining story driven film with enough action to keep you hooked then sit down and enjoy this film.

You got old Arnie & Stallone in it so you know it's not a movie for rocket scientists:) lol It's ok flick and will keep you entertain buy it when on sale. I got it for 7.99 UHD Bluray sale at best buy

Completely unbelievable, no character development but pace of film and action kept my attention. If you like artistic movies stay away.

Escape Plan features two Hollywood legends for the first time in a prison breakout movie. Schwarzenegger and Stallone. This is, by far, the best prison breakout movie I have ever seen. Ray Breslin (Stallone) breaks out of prisons for a living to make sure the criminals that are sent there, stay there. But when he's betrayed by his boss and sent to a prison that appears to not exist, he must form an alliance to get himself and Emil Rottmeyer (Schwarzenegger) out before Warden Hobbes takes them out. This is an action-packed thrill ride that you will NEVER forget. A must buy for every Schwarzenegger and Stallone fan.

Sweet Movie.. Pins and needles all the way till the ending. Won’t be disappointed. Have your popcorn in hand.

I have viewed this only once and did miss some of the show, but the acting as well as action is very good. It's great to have 2 favorite leads in this one film together Stallone and Schwarzenegger and neither have lost their touch of action and this one is an original idea of being paid to break out of a prison to see if the prison is foolproof or not- but that is just one of the turns in the plot of this film. Very well worth the watch. Enjoyable.

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone have a good banter and a believable camaraderie in this film.

Two of my childhood heroes locked away in prison, how can I not watch and root for them to escape?

Stallone and Arnold really play off each other. Stallone an expert in getting out of prisons has his work cut out being sent to a floating prison as a set up by one of his business partners. He finally gets out and Arnold also after they develop an alliance and Stallone finally finds out who crossed him and who Arnold really is. Good entertainment

The movie is an action movie starring two of the great action heroes of all time Stallone and Arnold! It was a lot of fun to see these guys back on the big screen and both my teenagers loved the story (after initially not wanting to watch a couple old guys from the movie history past) - now they want to see more Stallone and swartznager movies. There are some very cool plot twists and surprises. The kids particularly liked the "intelligence" the lead character had - such as knowing swelling iron can pop rivets.

Stallone and Ahnuld bring the beef in their brains to bear on what amounts to a muscle-less thriller. The movie presents the two guys most associated with gunning and fighting their way to a resolution as the masterminds battling wits with a vicious warden. Two sequels don't match up but a fun character for Sly and glad they went big for this launch.

It's about time these two team up to do a film together. Cannot really count the Expendables because Schwarzenegger is only seem in these movies for a few clips compared to the other casts. But this movie its all them together throughout. And they do a good job and the plot is pretty cool. Never seen this take (avoiding spoiling the movie) before, but it is a borrowing on real life events/ideas/implementations. Again I cannot say what these are as it would reveal the above.

Wasn't much of a Stallone fan or Schwarzenegger for that matter,, but seeing them matched up together, sparked my attention. Although a "bad guy", I like the actor who plays the role of prison warden. Always enjoyed his character in the TV series "Person Of Interest". It's because of him that I bought this DVD. Pretty good plot. I might keep it for my library.

Good entertainment. Stallone and Swarzenegger are a good pair for this movie.

It's a decent movie. If all you're looking for is a decent action movie with mild suspense and a reasonable plot, then this will fit the bill. It does leave several points unexplained at the end of the movie and it's a pretty basic plot. If you've seen the preview, you will know exactly what you're getting into. It's just like a lot of the other movies in the same genre.

After decades of waiting, action fans finally got their wish. Stallone and Schwarzenegger are in a movie together. Actually together not just a cameo. It's a pretty good film with great performances all around.
