Reception issues 3 different carriers

The phone looks awesome. The specs are great. The reception is terrible. Not reliable on Sprint's Network. Data half the time. Missed or dropped calls often. On T-Mobile it was even worse. Data maybe 10 percent of time and calls dropped the majority of the time. So I switched to Verizon which is the best signal saturation anywhere and it was worse than Sprint. Essential will not stand behind their warranty unless you agree to be charged for a new phone up front and then get it credited back when your old phone gets to them. The charge is higher than what I paid here. Turns out when researching the signal issues Essential knew all along they had them. Don't buy this phone. You will regret it. If it won't get signal in Downtown Knoxville on 3 different networks then it is not even really able to be called a phone. Just a little wifi tablet. Paying again for a warranty replacement is a joke.
