Works for my kitchen/food prep needs

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You'd be surprised at just how much use you can obtain from having a small kitchen scale in not just meal prep, but also flash freezing into portions, measuring for canning recipes, etc. It seems that I use them so much, and especially at canning time, that I end up knocking off the counter (Trust me, canning takes up a lot of counter space) my kitchen scale and it breaks. With that said, this is an economical replacement choice (I could care less about some of its functions, I just needed a flatter scale that I can zero out the weight of the container I am using to accurately measure the ingredient weight). Needless to say, it works. Just keep one handy for all your kitchen needs.

Comes with a little scraper and it is useful for more then just cleaning up the scale. Its also easy to store because of how skinny it is.
