Excellent movie, great steelbook, glad I got this one before they ran out.

Ever since I got a 4K OLED TV, I've been looking forward to seeing this movie on it. The wait was a disappointment, and the rumors about it were true. It's DIM, with a capital DIM. Disney really screwed up on the 4K version, and the disc doesn't even have DolbyVision – it's simple HDR10. Which is actually a marginally good thing since the HDR10 version is slightly brighter than the DolbyVision version they have on Disney+. But with the streaming version, you can switch to DolbyVision Bright, which is still dim, but slightly brighter. Either way, the 4K HDR version is only about half as bright as the Blu-Ray. Luckily, this came with a regular 1080 Blu-Ray, which has the proper brightness. If you're considering this movie, save a few bucks and just get the HD Blu-Ray. This movie should have looked amazing in 4K with the High Dynamic Range and expanded color that comes with it, but it is a dull, bland, and hard to see mess. The whole thing looks like it was dragged through a cheap day for night filter. There are no whites in this version. Nothing gets above a light gray color, not even the sun. The only time you see anything actually white is when you add subtitles, and then those are so bright, you can't see much of anything else on the screen. When you scrub through the movie, you get a small thumbnail for each chapter, and that looks like it has the proper brightness; it's way brighter than the actual movie. Scenes with the golden lines and effects that have a digital glow effect on them are so dim, they just look like they're out of focus and blurred, and not like they are casting any light to warrant any kind of glow. These should look like Wonder Woman's golden lasso in that 4K release, which is bright and intense, but here, those lines are dull and sometimes even hard to see. Even the daylight scenes, in direct sunlight are dark, and in some shots where the sun enters the frame, it's actually missing! There's an area in the sky that is kind of bright, but it's still gray. The HD version though, is full brightness. Kingo's dance routine is another scene that should have been a brilliantly colored spectacle full of sparkle and color, but the 4K version is more like glitter in muddy water. There are videos on Youtube that show the differences between the two versions, as well as some properly done HDR clips that have the brightness done right. Again, stick with regular Blu-Ray if you actually want to see this in color, or at all. Even in a completely dark room the movie is hard to see at times.

Great movie. All these movies are really good and a lot of action.

This movie may be different than what we have come to expect from the MCU but it is definitely not to be discredited. The length may be a bit on the long side but the time does go by fairly easy and when you are dealing with this many characters your film will need extra time to breathe, The steel is fabulous just like all the other Marvel steels from Best Buy

I was actually surprised by the movie The eternals. I had questions about the movie I seen some of the reviews and seen some of the trailers so I took a chance. It's actually a surprising movie I don't want to spoil it but the storyline was very well done. The actors and actresses starring in the movie were actually very well cast The special effects was very well done All in all it added to a very pleasing movie The eternals if you're a marvel fan was really well done. It adds to the possibilities of what if if you're a marvel collector especially of the marvel movies take a chance add it into your collection it's a movie you're not going to watch all the time but it's a movie you'll enjoy.

Eternals was a good movie, and it's even better in 4K.

It promised a fresh MCU movie but its cast led by Angelina Jolie couldn’t save this mess of a origin story for Marvel Superheroes. It needed better pacing.

Beautiful case for an amazing movie, eternals is a great movie

I'm not in the general consensus for those that don't like this movie. I'm actually one of those that do like it. I admit that the pacing is a bit off, but the visuals are great and some of the characters are very entertaining.

Really enjoyed movie, I know others didn't like it, but it's based on a comic book series by Jack Kirby. Kirby was probably one of the best comic book artist of his time. Movie had the vibe of 2001 a space odyssey, into how it was accepted by the public when it first came out. It's going to be a late bloomer, I really enjoyed it.

Was a great deal and was reasonably priced. I wanted the 4k for my collection.
