Customers are saying

Customers frequently mention the excellent performance and impressive graphics capabilities of the GeForce RTX 2060 XC Ultra Gaming graphics card, particularly at 1080p resolution. Many also highlight its ease of installation and the effective cooling system, even under overclocking. While some users found the price to be a drawback, the positive feedback on performance and features outweighs this concern for most buyers. The ray tracing capabilities, though not extensively tested by all users, are also frequently praised.

    Excellent upgrade from a 1060

So far, it runs everything on ultra. From the games I tested, anything I disabled was only because it was a feature I personally don't like (motion blur, etc.) One of the worst optimized games I've ever played runs amazing: Black Desert Online - Remastered (like Ultra for most games) 60 fps I also tested Minecraft, because of the running "will it run minecraft" joke. It does. Maxed settings and 32 chunk load distance. XD I loaded a few other random games for testing, and they were all max settings, running smooth as butter. It was between this card or the 1660 and I'm glad I spent the extra on this card. Now to upgrade my CPU and mobo! I don't have anything to test the ray tracing on yet, but I'll be looking for something soon. Shoutout for EVGA: EVGA gives a 3 year warranty on their hardware. I've only bought EVGA for years, and I've only had to RMA 2 cards in about 20 years. Once was back when they gave a lifetime warranty on their cards. Both times, it was painless and quick.

No complaints as far as the card itself, nvidia could produce some better software updates (still a good card now). EVGA's precision X1 software is kind of garbage, but MSI afterburner works well. It won't play a lot of the newer games at ultra (with a decent frame rate) any higher than 1920x1080. Overall a very good card, stays cool, its quite, and haven't really had any problems.

GREAT GPU for the price. Super quiet

I got this GPU to replace a GTX 970. It's a fantastic replacement. Much faster, uses less power, and is much quieter. The fans will actually stop spinning under certain low loads. Bonus: comes with Battlefield V or Anthem. NOTES: No external venting. Only requires a 6-ping PCI-E supplemental power cable.

    Good card but beware

Purchased this card to replace a GTX1050TI. The system has 1 SSD, 2 HDD, a PCIe capture card, an I7 and two sticks of memory, and a 500W power supply. The specs for the card say recommended power supply 500W. Well, every time I tried to load a game, the computer would shut down instantly (no blue screen) and reboot. Every game, every time. After researching, I found this card can draw up to 300W peak. I returned to Best Buy and bought a Corsair modular 750W power supply and the games loaded right up, no issues. So if you have a 500W power supply, you might consider upgrading to avoid a return trip.

    Terrible back plate

Considering its original price point I would expected more from EVGA. Asus makes a strix model with 3 fans and a metal back plate for overall superior cooling for the same price. I would consider this model before purchasing this one.
