Ignore the one star reviews. Perfect example of people not knowing what they’re doing. Likeliness of 2 DOA cards is pretty much zero. Also, crashes to desktop aren’t a known issue and drivers don’t fix it because it isn’t a problem. Been running the card for months with no GPU related crashes or failures. Maybe if people knew what kind of PSU they needed they wouldn’t think their card is bad.

I bought this end of life for the 3000 serries from Nivida (they kinda made this a short life for the 3090ti), but the build quality on this card and design was so great... SO i had to buy it. I bought this on sale for $1,100 and this has been a great upgrade from my 1080ti from 3440x1440p resolution. EVGA makes great products and backed with a great warranty.

Fastest video card there is for gaming. For some reason, the 3090ti doesn’t work with the Oculus Rift S. It doesn’t see the display port. It’s a known issue by Nvidia.

As long as you can get this for half the price of the original, then it is well worth it. It's extremely powerful and actually uses LESS power than the 3080 ti version.

I recently purchased this card to replace 2x GTX 780 cards in my system. I'm not a gamer, I'm in creative arts. So I'm sure you can get buy with a 3080 or a 3070 if gaming. The boost in the GRAM has definitely helped me out in real-time playback of 8K RED footage in REDcine-X and DaVinci Resolve. I am having a little bit of a lag in Premiere-Pro rendering but I think that might be a driver issue or not configured properly just yet. I'm looking forward to working on this card for a long time.

Expensive but runs everything you can throw at it, does run hot and a CPU will bottleneck its performance if it can't keep up.
