I bought this hoping it would be fast Its okay but when I see others using the same GPU its not as fast as theirs at the same graphics settings and considering this was 600 dollars I expected it would be really fast but its really barely faster than the 2060 super I had, Also this is huge but you probably already expect a GPU like this to be big,

EVGA has upped their quality substantially but then again the price tag reflects this. So I wouldn't worry about the price tag given the performance and quality you are getting with this card. The EVGA 970 SSC I had previously was nice but this card is leaps and bounds better in fit and finish with all the bells and whistles included. You can tell this card means business and endure anything you throw at it. The metal bracket on the back is a really nice touch. Fan design is top notch. It also includes an LED logo. This card is a very solid and well constructed card and you won't feel like something bent or snapped off installing it. The giant heat sync keeps temps around 55C gaming and boosts are great at 1980mhz core and 1750mhz memory out of the box. The fans don't really need to engage that I can hear, so it's really quiet too. If you have a smaller case be sure it will fit because it's a very large card. It also needs more power than a 970 so be sure the power supply is up to it and have the correct power cabling. If your gaming at 1080P be sure to get a nice g-sync or free-sync monitor to take advantage of the increased frame rates as well. My only gripes are there are no converter cables included or case badges. So if you're coming from DVI-DL like me, you'll need one.

Higher price than others but EVGA is solid. Would have been 5 stars to get it closer to 500$

Its a good gpu but just wait for the rtx 3000 series prices and stock to stabilize. Also please note that the first card I got was DOA and had to get a replacement card. Wait for a sale to buy.

This thing would destroy any game I threw at it, my only complaint is that it had just little bit of fan whine, and seemed to run a little hotter compared to another brand CPU, but its performance more than made up for it. The actual software for it sucks too, but you can get around this by using the MB software or something like NZXT.
