Note that the PCIe cable has two 6+2 connectors split off on the same cable. Where as some power supplies have two separate PCIe cables. Overall it works as it should. Great value for the price.

Really hard to buy a new or build a new computer when the old one just keeps going. Yes I had to upgrade memory, new SSD and now this power supply. My wife uses it every day and she is happy, that makes me happy.

A good starting GPU

For a 450, don't go any higher than a 2060 for a GPU and a Ryzen 5 3600x. That's the best this thing can do as powering up the system.

We needed the computer ASAP, so we ran to Best Buy fully expecting to have only the high end PSUs available (just our luck, no reflection on BB products!). This one almost reached out and launched itself into our cart. It had good user ratings, so we bought it (thanking our lucky stars, this time). We got our rebuild up and running just in time!
