Super easy to use. Just plug and play, like the description says. I’m even able to capture my sega with a converter!

After using elgato for years off and on and now going to this im pleased especially since it was on sale for $90. I wouldnt use it for my Xbox or PlayStation due to a lot of hdmi switching and stuff plus its just easier to stream straight from the console. What this is amazing for is my Nintendo Switch.

Does what it should with zero glitches or issues. Never buying an elgato ever again. Took a little researching to figure out what to do with OBS in order to run a replay buffer the way I prefer to. But it didn’t take long to figure out and has been flawless through the entire time I’ve owned it.

This was exactly what I needed to start streaming from my PS5. It was very easy to set up and it works perfectly!

Don’t even think twice, buy it. I love that it lights up when you’re muted, or if something isn’t working. Like me forgetting to turn my power outlet on for the console I was using. Having it light up is definitely must and it’s cheaper then the Elgato.

Functions as advertised at a good price considering the competition

This was SO difficult to set up! When it's all said and done there are cords coming out of everywhere and setting this up for my 11 year old was a literal nightmare. I thought I had everything I needed and followed instructions to a T, talked to tech support for more than a MONTH, and no one could figure out why I was getting a black screen. I ended up with issues on a ZOOM chat that led me to figure out that my virus protection was blocking the capture card. It works now, but it sat for more than 60 days before we could figure out how to use and it and even still it's such a mess to have out on a table that it's in a drawer. Quality was great when it worked, but it was a lot to deal with. And expensive.

The capture card itself was easy to setup and use. My computer couldn't handle the encoding well, but that's no fault of the capture card.

The new firmware claims to be HDMI 2.1. it is not. it does not support HDMI CEC nor eARC. CEC is needed for the Tv auto-on/off, channel change, volume, etc. eARC is needed to passthru anything but stereo to a reciever/soundbar (like 5.1 or Atmos). It stutters on 1440@120 and blanks out at 4K@120. ALL OF THIS is included with the 2.1 standard therefore it is a blatent lie for them to claim 2.1 compliance.
