I had my doubts about this remake, compared to the original. I was very surprised by this remake. It holds it's own as an original.

This movie is really scary and has comic relief. Not for the faint of heart. Really good movie from the original and the comic book

Evil Dead is a great movie, while it may not be the original 1981 version, it still gives a good name to the horror film genre.

This movie still is terrifying years later. Movie was ahead of its time and acting was great. Worth a watch!

After seeing the trailer I was intrigued to find out what this movie was about. Loving the classic "Evil Dead" and was hoping for a great movie. Although this movie is full of gore and at times makes you jump it was by no means better than its predecessor. It's a movie to watch when nothing else is on but its definitely not worth to spend more than 10.00 $.

All I can say is I loved it and every time I have watched since the big screen release I like it more and more! Gross but fantastic!!

This was a decent remake to an old classic. It has great special effects, but more gore than scare.
