One of the better AI movies out there, this is a must if you are interested in AI

This is one of my favorites! The best AI movie yet!! You have to watch it!!!!!

We had the original blue ray version of 'ex machina' but have 4K TV so we bought the 4K DVD. The first 4K DVD did not work so we exchanged it at Best Buy. The 2nd DVD worked but neither myself nor my husband were impressed, since the movie was not any sharper than the blue ray.

If you are interested in the advances that artificial intelligence is bringing ti robotics, then you will love this movie. It;s about the owner of a high tech business who runs a rigged contest and ends up picking an employee to come to his hi-tech house on many many acres in the wilderness to test his new invention: a robot that is almost human. Well, that is what he is trying to test and the employee i actually the subject until the robot tips him off when the power goes out. I may have said too much already, but the story does go n and on and I am not going to tell you how the test turns out because you will never guess and the movie is definitely worth watching. The 4K video quality is outstanding. It is in native 4K, not upscaled - which makes a big difference. Lions Gate should be commended all around for such a great movie and such a great transfer. This is definitely one for sci fi fans.
