Tired of Squeaking Elliptical
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The folks who came in to assemble my elliptical didn’t put it together properly. The elliptical started squeaking on the third day even though I only worked out on it and didn’t move it at all

Machine is wonderful! Best Buy was disappointing.

Highly disappointed in Best Buy. Started off with not arriving on the original install date. Then Machine arrived with a broken screen. Rescheduled a new delivery of a machine not broken only to have them not show up again because the machine was never reordered. This occurred twice! Finally after over a month the installers had to walk Best Buy team through the process to finally get a new machine ordered and delivered. Machine is great now that I can finally use it correctly!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It was a horrible nightmare!!! 3 NO SHOWS, I literally spent hours on the phone trying to reschedule my appointment after the assembly company (Texas Home Pros) cancelled and said I needed to call BBY and set up a new appointment. called BBY cust serv got xferd 5 times spent about 2 hours on the phone, got a new appointment. Assembly company NO SHOW again and repeat steps, hours on the phone to reschedule assembly company NO SHOW again… until finally we drove up to BBY and cancelled the entire order! Thanks for nothing

Terrible 3rd Party Istalarion

Now there is a huge gap in my wall. I told him i needed this fixed. He said within 48 hours someone will be out. 8 Days later a guy comes out and tries to talk me out of having him fix my wall. Finally he agrees and said ill be buy the day before Thanksgiving. It’s December 4th and nobody has show up to fix my wall. Why did i even pay to have best buy install it when i could have done a job that poorly myself.

Find someone better that knows what they are doing

They put it together and it doesn't work properly, so I am trying to return it , so I can eventually get another model, but they keep not showing up when they are supposed to come. Lesson Learned not to buy anything that requires delivery and install from BB!

Third party installer of Nordic track bike

They gave me incorrect guidance on how to turn on/off (in fact, the instructions conflicted directly with their guidance to the point if I followed what they said, I would have damaged the equipment). The seat of the bike fell off during the first adjustment, and one of the pedals fell off during the first ride. They also seemed in a rush to do the job (although I asked and mine was their last appointment of the day) and the result showed.

Don’t use bestbuy for elliptical assembly

When I called to have this fixed, I was told that the instructions were unclear and left a lot of details out. They would come back to fix on the day they were scheduled in my area 1. I paid professionals to assemble the elliptical. Not my problem the instructions were unclear 2. They never showed up or called. 3. I am requesting a refund of $213.00 that I was charged for what should have been professionals assembling my elliptical

Bad Installation Experience

They put the poles that one uses for the arms on backwards, had trouble with the screws when fixing this and lost a washer, which was needed to hold the pole on the rod it was attached to, so it came off at first use. Now I find I can't get someone here to fix it until into December.

Friendly and quick, but loud squeaking

DISAPPOINTING Customer service!

The pedals are too tight, haven’t been able to use the product since delivery. Have requested re-installtion multiple times since then through phone and chat but no response from best buy! I am a TOTALTECH member and I still get this treatment!!! Extremely DISAPPOINTING!

Waste of time

No calls no emails nothing. Just a no show. Called customer service and just got a sorry about this you can reschedule. No explanation. Terrible service.

Installation incomplete

However, after they left, we realized that they hadn't connected the heart rate monitor. They did not leave a phone number to contact them. We've been trying for almost 2 months to get Best Buys Geek Squad to fix it. Nothing yet!!

Horrendous Service

The third party company utilized by Best Buy rescheduled on me several times and didn't even bother to show up the third time, nor call to cancel. Eventually, once showing up, the installation team was fine and the product is good as well (fourth time).

Best Buy did not deliver purchase equipment for more than six weeks after online purchase. Installation team messed up seat bolt making the bicycle inoperable for use.

Waste of money

The seat does not remain secure requiring regular adjustments during a single ride . Craftsmanship overall is a lot of plastic parts . Not worth the money or the time you’ll spend trying to fix it

Bad job guys

Then the elliptical turned out to be improperly installed and did not work. Until they came out disassembled it and put it back together 2 weeks later
