    the absolute worst customer service i have ever dealt with. Best buy's high expectations have gone down hill fast recently. Multiple orders with the most horrific customer service back and forth set of calls, home visits, home delivery, home pickup ever. will never purchase from this company again.

    Installed damaged with nonfunctional parts. One install technician has done his best to right the mistake but Best Buy customer service has been less than helpful with the entire thing and the store has yet to contact me like they said they would to replace the product and right the mistake.

    Very disappointed. The guys came in didn’t have a clue on installation of the bike. Didn’t put the peddle on properly it fell of the first ride. Best Buy should not be selling exercise equipment. I guess it was my fault buying from a electronics store.

    Awful. Took a month and hours on the phone. Done by a third party contractor and Best Buy takes no responsibility and is no help. They would reschedule my appointments with no warning and just not show up. Waste of money and horrible customer service.

    Not assembled correctly

    The CLMBR was not assembled correctly and the company has to now come out to my house to finish the assembly so I am still not able to use the equipment that I purchase three weeks ago.

    Terrible! I was scheduled 2x and no one showed or called the geek squad after 2 months of back and forth told me they had no one to assemble my items in my area and to keep calling back

    Guys were nice enough and seemed to do a good job but bike is falling apart. I’ve managed to put some parts back but the pedal keeps falling off and now I can’t ride and I can’t get a hold of anyone to help me.

    Our installation was cancelled and pushed back two weeks…so I don’t know!!! Still haven’t heard back from anyone when I asked someone to call and talk to me about it. Not been a good experience!

    It was a horrible experience, the installation of my treadmill was great but the one for my elliptical was the worse, they forgot to add e few screws and when I started using it the whole pedal came out.

    they didn't assemble it. I have a box. I have been in contact with the store multiple times to rectify this. No luck. I have two years insurance on a box.

    Elliptical assembly

    Two weeks after assembly, the elliptical begun falling apart. First it started with a screw falling out from the pedal and then it started making noise from the inside. What did I pay 200$ for ?

    Was a joke, they scheduled to come out 4 times and didn't call or show up. I ended up putting bike together myself after 3 weeks of waiting.

    First of all it cost me 299 to installed it almost as much as the bike cost, after 2 weeks of lightly use one of the paddles felt off

    No It isn’t installed it was only delivered!! It was delivered before noon and I was told someone would be back between 12-8pm to install

    Geez this was the worst process to have a technician come out to set up my treadmill. Once the technicians arrived they were amazing. The scheduling process sucked!

    My installation was done wrong and after a month I'm still dealing with costumer service trying to get an appointment. Save your money on this service.
