Not worth it
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They did not connect it to WiFi or show me how to use it programmed it and shipping was free so 150 for them to put it together which was not worth it at all

Horrible Delivery Experience

The technician very quickly found the cause - one set of wires was not connected properly. It only took a few minutes. I am very glad that I signed up for the Best Buy service program.

NAL GROUP - 3rd Party Vendors - BEWARE

They use an outsider 3rd party vendor and in Chicago it's called NAL Group. These people are a nightmare to deal with and will cancel last minute without consulting you and set a new appointment. Good luck getting your fitness equipment. Bestbuy doesn't care if these vendors never meet their appointments. Trash service!!!
