I grew up watching 10 commandments, this movie moved along much faster, effects were great. Definitely worth watching. I enjoyed it.

For $4 you can't go wrong. Good family movie but didn't stay as true to the real bible story as I would have liked.

Ridley Scott has an interesting take on the movie and the visual effects as always are beautiful from him. I like his movies a lot.

The picture was visually stunning. The only fault I had worth the story was the portrayal of an almighty diety as a petulant child.

Couldn't help but to compare this movie to the original Ten Commandments. However, keeping in mind the director for this movie took it in a slightly different direction and focused the movie more on the struggle between Ramses and Moses with the events leading up and the parting of the Red Sea as filler material. Just like the movie Noah, you really have to open your mind to the directors interpretation of the story.

Exodus is a good movie. The acting is fair. Visual and sound effects are better than average. Story is told in sn interesting way.

Some of the acting is a little over the top, but it is a good watch none the less. Lots of special effects in this biblical story.

To each their own, I thought it was a pretty good but not great movie, solid visually, above average 3D. At least worth a viewing

I liked this movie, it kept me interested throughout the whole time. Always interested in movies dated back in time.

This was a really well crafted movie and some terrific acting in it. I got it on sale so I would recommend it on that basis.

I think with a little more effort with the producers and director this could have been a bit better. But still fun to watch.

A new way of telling the tale of Ramses and Moses with some great special effects. not what you would expect but very well done.

This movie will go down in history as a companion to the 10 Commandments movie. Great special effects for now. A must see movie.

I would give this one 2 stars except that the costumes and sets were amazing. My review title reflects the incredibly choppy editing of the film and vast leaps in time that leave you saying "wait... what...?" If I didn't know something about the Moses story, I would have to watch the movie 2-3 times and then do some research to figure out what was going on. Overall, a snoozer.

As long as you are not expecting the story to follow the Bible exactly, the movie is quite entertaining and visually masterful.

Movie was pretty good. There were some slow parts though. Special effects were good. Didn't like God being portrayed as a boy.
