The bluray had problems playing and about half way thru it got bad and we had to stop and wipe it off. We tried with other blu rays and the player would play them fine. Other than that it was a good, long movie.

Ridley Scott can do spectacles like no other. The film succeeds in looking good but fails at creating a compelling drama. He makes the story grounded in history and reality rather than legend.

From an entertainment standpoint, I was ENTERTAINED. Lots of action, great special effects, and interesting ways to convey a very complex biblical time. I bought it and am sure that I will watch it again.

I always liked stories from the bible, but this was even better. Especially in 3D! The story, acting, effects and directing was in point. Not to mention I d been looking for it on DVD for like 4 days before it was even for sale, like an idiot! And Best Buy had it, along with the other new movies, for the lowest price IN TOWN! PERIOD... I always pay at least $40, if not $35, at Hastings or Walmart for new blue rays or 3D movies.

A really good movie with fantastic picture and sound. Top notch special effects keep the movie a treat to watch. The only downside was that the disc makes a real weird sound/vibration when the movie plays...

I like to always preorder the best buy only blu rays because you get something special with it, like a nice case. This movie was a nice family flick that we all enjoyed. Had nice sound and visuals to boot.

I bought this for my wife and she enjoyed it. When I took a peak, the image quality looked great and over is a great package. Its recommended for this into the genre - and the price was right

who doesnt like a ridley scott time era movie? this one doesnt disappoint of course some liberties are taken. weve come to expect that from this director but for 7 bucks cant go wrong

As a Christian it is hard to find movies that can not get taken to far out of the realm of the Bible. This one while it gets the story of Moses does keep it on track and the cinematography is pretty good. I do recommend it to others but also to new Christians that don't understand or have been given the gift of interpretation or the Bible that grows with faith and don't give up on it as it will come.

Well, I'm no movie critic but this flick was worth a watch. If you know anything about the Bible it's a little hard to watch these types of films because they make up a lot weird stuff.

Well acted by Bale and Edgerton. Though the Heston/Brynner version is a classic, there was a lot more "overacting" back then so I preferred this version more than the other. Great special effects, too.

I like Christian bale excellent actor the movie was done well as for many religious epic films certain times some story lines are changed so i give it 4 stars for that otherwise it was a great film...

I wanted this movie when it came out but I wanted to see it again and saw that best buy had a great deal. I enjoyed the movie and thought the special effects looked great on my new 4k tv.

Decent translation of the bible, but not good enough. If you are a bible thumper then this is the movie not for you, however, if you are looking for some entertainment, then rent, not buy this movie.

An alternative to Cecil B. DeMille and Charleton Heston, but better specials effects than The Ten Commandments. 3D Wonderful and a clever nedw take on the age old Bible story.

It is okay but not great. I like movies about biblical themes and this fits the bill. But I am holding on to my BD version of The Ten Commandments by Cecil B. DeMille

I give them a solid B+ for effort, but most viewers will be comparing this to The Ten Commandments. The... Ten... Commandments.. Once you get used to Batman playing Moses, it charges along nicely.

The movie was good. My husband and I watched during our in-home date night. He wanted the movie to have more action. I agreed with him because I like a little more action too.

More logical telling of the old story. plagues were plausibly explained for the most part, but some maintained their miraculous mystery. Costumes and settings were well done.

THE NEW VERSION ABOUT MOSES AND THE EXODUS IS OK ....BUT I WANT A LITTLE MORE ABOUT THE EXODUS OF THE HOLY BIBLE ..... STILL I'M RECOMMEND THIS NEW VERSION OF THIS MOVIE EXODUS GODS AND KINGS....
