I love my biblical movies it seems to be accurate up to a point but no one really knows unless you live in them times

A good retelling of the story of Moses. It's interesting and a better production than some of the other remakes.

If you remember or liked Cleopatra, Ben-Hur or Charlton Heaton's portrayal in the Ten Commandments ... this movie is a "must see" experience. I viewed this movie in the theater ... totally impressed with all aspects. I later purchased the 3d version ... equally impressive! Highly recommended!

Awesome cast, really engaging story, follows some of the bible elements and for a pg 13 film it feels like an R rated movie because it has some disturbing scenes...amazing movie overall! Would recommend to anyone...this movie goes well while eating tacos because comon... Who doesn't like tacos

fun movie, well made and gorgeous to look at. but as with kingdom of heaven I feel there's a lot more to this movie that was left on the editing floor. ridley scott always makes great movies, but I feel the guts of it was torn out. yet there Is no word of a director's cut yet.

It was a movie that I had previously seen in theaters and decided to buy. Best deal and location I found was at Best Buy.

It may not have won Best Picture at the Oscars, but it's still a fun movie with lots of action to keep you entertained.

I enjoyed the movie although it did feel like the story dragged here and there. Looks really great in 3D!

Bale once again shines as Moses. The plagues and the parting of the Red Sea are spectacular. The ending is VERY LACK LUSTER.

Great actors, awesome production, totally not a remake of any of the classics, the story was rushed in so many parts, a lot were missing (according to what I have read in the bible and other sources), no religious at all (from my perception), pretty bad considering this is one of the best stories from the bible. Anyway, I think this is a good Hollywood Action/Drama movie, I did expect more, but like it.

This is a very nice adventure, action, drama movie, depicting a story from the bible. I am a big collector of bible story movies so I just got to have this! I highly recommend this movie if you love action, drama, and a good encouragement in life!

It's a good movie for a night of movies. However if you're looking for an exact match to the bible this is not your movie.

Liked this movie on 3D the visuals effects are fantastic but the story is nothing close to the familiar story we all know.

Just a little off from the actual book but still good enough to bring your attention to the bigger picture...

I was thinking about what my mom said about this movie. She had a lot of dislikes on this version of Moses, but, after watching it, I can say I enjoyed if very much. The costume design, the special effects, the pace of the movie and music, all exceeded expectations. Very well done indeed.

Well I thought this was a good movie. I haven’t heard much about it and I don’t know y, cuz I liked it.

Good update of a classic story. Choice of child representing God is a little weird. Good action and special effects.

To be honest, I was very disappointed with this movie. While I knew that it would not be the same as the infamous Ten Commandments, I did not expect the story to run as slow as it did. The special effects, of course, were spectacular (and the quality of viewing it on a Blu-ray DVD player was also awesome), I am just glad that I did not pay full price to see this movie while it was in the theaters.

This was a really good movie. there are somethings they could have done differently but other than that its a great buy

Typical Ridley Scott movie. Lots of action. Don't know how much it is true but I enjoyed it very much in 3D
