    They delivered the appliances at a perfect time. Unfortunately we had to install them ourselves because of the Covid-19. But they delivered them to the covered front porch and that was perfect because it was slightly raining.

    Even though we were not in the normal delivery area it was worth the extra money to have the TV delivered. The delivery people kept us informed of the time of their arrival and took all of the packing with them when they left.

    I never wanted installation. I’ve waited on this product since February. I’ve called and called until they finally gave me delivery dates. Then it wasn’t delivered the day it said. I’m still waiting my deliver of products

    It was very bad experience. I didn’t get my delivery after a month wait. They cancel my delivery without asking me. No recommendations

    The two gentlemen that delivered my range were the nicest people. Extremely courteous. Efficient. Best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Best Buy these two are definite keepers.

    I have never experienced such horrible customer service. My appliances still.have not been delivered. Supervisors do not care and the escalation process is beoken. Senior.leadership cannot evn ve contacted or bithered to be made aware. No on has the ability to make a logical decaion to bring resolution to my delivery issue.
