    Dryer installation went as expected. Skyler the installer, was giving quick short answers and wasn’t being 100% transparent about a defect on my dryer.

    I stopped in my way home from work to research a new washer and dryer unit. Great sales person so I went ahead and purchased. During check out I was informed that I would incur an extended delivery fee of $50. Really?!? I could have stopped and went to a closer Best Buy store but was already far Ali g I. The process. Salesmen tried to get it waived but manager would not. Think about visiting your “local” Best Buy and negate the extended delivery fee- even if they are coming out of the same warehouse?
