    This was a fiasco!!! Scheduled for one date waited and waited FINALLY i called ohhhh gotta wait another 3 weeks they cancelled the original purchase got me the same item different color ok cool but guess wjat it cancelled out the gift card promotion got the range...couldnt install so i had one in my living room one in my kitchen then another month and a half.for them to haul away the old item

    Best buy should give me a $400 gift card after being lied to and being disrespected by Best buy and the 3rd party installation service. ( see my review on delivery and set up)
