    Their solution to this is to hire a third party that can only deliver on Wednesdays. I made arrangements to get an actual geek squad service after the first disastrous service and they cancelled it and gave me the exact same people again. Had to take two vacation days and they still didn't install mount where I wanted it. We redid it ourselves and I think Best Buy still charged us.

    This was worthless as the techs were unable to connect our Bose with the new TV or the DVD used with this harmony. We returned the Harmony to the techs who took it with them. It should be deleted from any charges we have had it previously and it was disappointing that they were unable to connect it.

    We had a damaged washer and when they delivered replacement, they charged us the delivery charge.

    As of writing I have had one item delivered and am fighting with getting the rest of the products delivered. Microwave installation left a lot to be desired as I ended up need fix but the delivery was fine. For the rest of the appliances I have gotten multiple delays, including the delivery canceled and needing to be rescheduled not even 24 hours before it's scheduled delivery, finding this out the day of the planned delivery. Be very careful when using Best Buy delivery services if you need to take time off from work to accept the deliveries.

    I wish I could rate this lower than a one star. Negative seventy eleven stars sounds about right. Our dishwasher was cancelled, not once, not twice but THREE TIMES by the "system." Finally, the third time we were unable to order it. Our new fridge was supposed to be delivered on a Tuesday. We were supposed to receive a call the night before to let us know a better idea our delivery was supposed to occur. We never received a call. Didn't think much of it. Waited around all day on Tuesday during our 8 HOUR WINDOW OF DELIVERY. Between 12-8. Waited and waited and waited. A little after 7 we tried calling the store. No answer as it was after hours. 7:55 I call Best Buy. After waiting on hold for about ten minutes I was told that when the warehouse went to prep my order, they discovered that the fridge was damaged and dented by the manufacturer. We were now told that the fridge is on back-order and we were unable to reorder it. No phone call, no email. NOTHING. CRICKETS. I had to call into Best Buy to figure out what was happening with my order. That is just not right. We ended up just canceling our order and took our business elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN.

    delivery service is awful bought 400 doller tv aug. 14th still waiting for delivery now told sept 9th !!!!! really

    This item is fine - it's your delivery team that is failing and I can't even call and get it rescheduled - your local team somehow has the calendar blocked so that the team at 800 Best Buy cannot schedule

    Was told my delivery would be between 7 am & 1 pm what a span but I understand and they called me when they were about an hour out. No big deal i had people at home. I told best buy or geek squad 3 different times that it would not be an easy delivery as the doors and hinges drawers etc all had to come off to get in the house and then had to be lifted over the railing as it is a split level house. When delivery arrived they told my wife they could not do it by their selves and i had 15 min to get home. Wow you give me a 6 hr window and they give me 15 min. Fortunately I own a business in town so i grabbed one of my workers and two of my customers that were there came also. When we got there they had nothing taken off the new refrigerator and was loading the defective samsung when i said the doors needed to come off of new lg they tore it completely apart said they would not help to get new lg in the house and while we were trying to put refrigerator in the left not saying anything. So now we were stuck trying to figure out where wires-hoses-spacers etc went to try and reassemble it. Not very professional at all. Thank You

    We were told we would be called the day before to narrow a time. No one called the day before there original delivery day to tell us it was delayed a week. The next week we recieved only an automated message telling us between noon and 6pm. They called day of wanting to come at 11am. (We work so that wasn't any help) but once here the guys were great and did a good job.
