Terrible experience, hope yours is better

So I was forced to drive to the store 1 hour away and pick up my tv. Was awful experience. They did give me a $100 gift card. Better than nothing but honestly wasn’t worth the headache. Try picking up a 75in tv and driving it home. It’s difficult and stressful and for 2000, I’d rather them delivery it but whatever.

The people from India that run BB will not let you tell them anything .I told them you can't find my house with GPS and guess what they didn't find my house .I didn't try again.I packed the 86 inch TV in the back of my truck that has a 6.5 ft bed It was also raining.I felt sorry for the people at the store because they didn't have a clue of what was going on.Won't ever shop here again.

Error In Delivery

Opted out of transporting them in my truck so that they'd have a safer route to my store. Gave the address for the store and calculated shipping prices and agreed to make the move. Got a call while at work that I had two TV's shipped to my house. Unfortunately, that wasn't where they were supposed to go. It's horrendous calling for tech support with Best Buy, so upon having numerous issues with communication in store and then on the phone, I finally ended up transferring the TV's in my truck to my store. On the bright side, the Products were satisfying once I had hooked them up. Which means it was a safe and sound delivery to my house. So I would trust the delivery process in the future assuming it arrives at the right spot.

I ordered a dishwasher and I asked in the store do I need to take the cabinet out before hand. They told me no we have a contractor that does it all. When it gets delivered I see geek squad van pull up. I knew right then they didn’t do cabinets. The guy said it’s not the 1st time this has happened and then instead of giving me options since it’s happened before or even saying well cancel the instal fee so that’s not charged to you he says well if you get it out I can put it in but don’t calm me later than 12 bc I am off at noon. My original appointment was 12-4 so he already is demanding from me what I can and can’t do when it was his coworkers fault this even happened.

WORST SERVICE EVER.

Didn't show by one, five or nine o'clock These were the times given to me by your out of country phone center. All they would say was it is on the truck No phone call, no text or email. They had the information for all three forms of contact. Having to drive back to the store because you have created a system that makes this impossible. To be told that I wouldn't receive it for another week. When you miss an appointment it is considered common courtesy to reschedule. Because of the road blocks that you have created it has become obvious that your poor service has created to many complaints for you to handle. So your answer is to make it impossible to contact you.

Not Reliable. Didn’t Show On Scheduled Day

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We had our appliances scheduled to deliver on a specific day and bought them 5-6 weeks in advance so we wouldn’t have a problem. Best Buy charged us and made us start paying for them at the time of purchase. The scheduled day of delivery I called 1-1/2 hours into my time slot asking for a more specific time and I find out they cancelled me because my dishwasher wasn’t in stock. No call. That also means I was paying for a unit that was sold to someone else. The delivery was rescheduled a few days later and I wasn’t happy because I had a contractor on site waiting to hook them up.

In Marion county Iowa we did not have a case of covid 19 until mid April. It is 4/18/2020 still no washer or dryer!

Terrible delivery experience

They started off lying about their route manager calling them mid-route and adding a drop that made them 4 hours late... Then when they arrived they literally left all the appliances in their boxes and just dropped them in the kitchen. When I asked about them taking the boxes off they said they were running too late to do that.

Horrible service and slow

A week later Second delivery- damaged item, another week later third delivery wrong item. It took me a month and a half of calling and constant mess ups to finally get a dishwasher. Even tho all of it was their mess up I still couldn’t get anything faster.
