came and picked up my item without question nice people

Rielly called in advance and told us when they would reach our house. They were very Covid Conscious and set up our new tv in no time.

Since I am a elite plus member I never pay for delivery and extended delivery just a little extra Best Buy give you for being a good customer

One of the drivers threw my package on their shoulders and sprinted up my steep driveway. It was hilarious but they were very professional

The installers called before arriving. very courteous

I live pretty far out of town and even at that their delivery service was great and they showed up on time without any issues.

Very disappointed! As a total tech member I’m starting to wonder if it’s worth it! After installation was rescheduled 4 times. We were given a 3 hour window (between 3-6) for technician to arrive. At 6:15 we receive a call stating that technician was running late but would be here within the hour. At 7:15 I called for update and was told by the 3rd party supervisor that he would check with the technician and call me back. He never called but text back saying the technician was still coming. No ETA. He proceeded to say that unfortunately he has no control over the technicians in the field. When I asked for his supervisor to call me he gave me a name and stated Best Buy should have her number. After I demanded a number from him he gave me a fake google number for the supervisor. At 8:10 I received a call from the technician saying they still had another job ahead of me and asked if I wanted to reschedule for the next day. Unfortunately your not dealing with Best Buy or geek squad for your installation it’s a 3rd party customer contracted. Mine was actually a janitorial company they were sending out. Needless to say I canceled the order! Currently waiting for my refund hoping this shady 3rd party actually returned my products to the store as instructed.

Some dudes came out...we just had them drop it right in out kitchen. They were right on time from what they said they would be.

Delivery men were excellent, professional, friendly and helpful.

My appliances were delivered and installed as promised and a little earlier than scheduled which I was very happy with.

Didn't even know they traveled out of their service area to take care of my replacement TV
