    Our delivery option was to have been canceled and refunded since we had picked up TV. Haven't seen the credit yet.

    completely a waist of time. the only way to get anything done is back in the store. doesnt work outside coverage area.

    This was second attempt to deliver a previously damaged refrigerator and a replacement stove. The refrigerator was not setup, nor were the packing materials removed. The previously delivered stove was replaced and my laminate wood floor was scratched. I have been unable to contact anyone who can address the situation. It typically takes 20 minutes for the store to answer a phone call.

    Very upset about the reliability of tech support delivery and set up. I scheduled the delivery and set up with Best Buy for November 16th 2020 and received a confirmation phone call from Best Buy the night before they my tv and set up would be delivered between 8 and 1200. Later that night I received a voice mail from a vendor used by Best Buy they would not be able to come on the 16th and would deliver on November 20th instead with no time and no reason for the cancellation. I was unable to reach them until the next morning and was told by one of their customer agents best buy cancelled the November 20th rescheduled date so now I had no date for delivery or set up. I then spend over an hour with Best Buy customer service trying to resolve the problem only to be told the soonest they could come would be on the 20th with still no explanation as to why they waited until the last minute to change the day. I’m not sure I will do business with Best Buy again because of this

    By far the worst service I have received at Best Buy! This was my fifth appointment they cannot make happen to deliver a new tv and set up. very disappointing, not enough space to say what really needs to be said about the lack of service.

    I picked up the fridge 45 miles away and it was damaged. I bought it the beginning of June and I'm still waiting for them to deliver a replacement!!! Can't contact the store I bought it from, I was transferred overseas to a call center!

    Horrible experience. Would not recommend buying appliances at Best Buy. Delivery team never came to my house on delivery date and said they were waiting when they never came. Horrible, awful, bad, etc. Best Buy needs to work on their delivery teams

    My delivery and installation was canceled and nobody notified me. I had already paid over $2000 for appliances and had to wait a month for delivery and then it was canceled. They rescheduled me for 2 more weeks. Hope they come this time. Wasted a whole day waiting for them to come

    We scheduled this order 2 months in advance and they canceled the day before. Unacceptable!!! Siting Covid reasons. They can prioritize and get someone else. I can literally drive 1.5 hrs to pick it up!

    I am unhappy I was charged for the delivery of this product as my residence is definitely less than 50 miles from the Missoula Best Buy store! The tech initially balked at Contacting BOSE as my wireless subwoofer did not work when attempting to play music channels on DISH network. The tech said I needed to contact Bose. I refused stating that this was his job! When they left the subwoofer still did not work on the music channels!

    Just because I live a bit further than Queen Creek in Florence I am charged an additional $80.00 above the $50.00 normal charge. It’s a total rip. So for the extra 15 miles they charge $80.00 it’s ridiculous and highway robbery and makes no freaking sense other than they can get away with. Yes I don’t have to use their services but I’m 70 and I do have to if I want anything added.

    This was to be paired with the waterline install, the installers where no call no show so of course my fridge was too. Best Buy did manage to get it out to me but it was roughly 9:00pm, spent the whole day on and off of the phone what a nightmare it turned into, my advice pick it up yourself

    Courteous gentleman, followed CDC guidelines and well informed about products they were installing. Also exuberant about how they performed their task . Mr. D'metric was sales oriented by promoting Total Tech .
