the Geek Squad who mounted our TV and set it up were excellent. VERY knowledgeable and thorough and cleaned up all the pieces and parts that were not needed.

Good job delivering my appliance’s. The were able to help me with the small issue I have with dent in the door of the dishwasher.

The delivery team was excellent; stuck to strict Covid rules for my protection and theirs. Unpacked stove, inspected to assure no damage during delivery, and thorough on instructions to prep stove for first use.

The Geek Squad delivered and installed the TV on my stand. I chose to purchase an extra long stand for the TV vs mounting on the wall. They helped set up the TV and carried off the large box.

Delivery was FREE, with a low cost installation! This saved us because none of us had a truck to go pick it up. They secured the stove securely to the kitchen floor. Quick and efficient! Great customer service!!

The delivery men were very nice however we were promised the refrigerator would be leveled and unpacked. It was not. We are elderly and my husband has had two back surgeries. Also I told one he didn’t have to take his shoes off to measure but expected them to wear booties during installation. They did not and they left a huge mess all over the floor.
