    Was able to get a return and new stove sent to the house. That's normally out of our delivery area

    I am very happy, The drivers kept in touch, they called every step of the way so I would know where they were. They took great care to make sure it was carefully lowered and carried. Thanks. Please put back the delivery on west side of island a normal rule.

    good employees, Covid 19 had been issue for installation after our purchase early March, once the were able to drive to our rural area, they installed promptly cleaned up and left, great customer service

    Used the Geek Squad's delivery and installation service for new washing machine and dryer. All done withing agreed delivery time. Regular arrival estimates given, prior to arrival.

    Horrible experience would give you a zero star but it makes me select some thing. I had an install the gentleman came in with my refrigerator and a water hose that I purchased thinking I would need it and I did not need. The technician said he could take it back to the store for me and get it refunded back to my Best Buy credit card . I never received the credit on my credit card statement. It’s not a lot of money was 29.99+ tax but it’s the principle. So one or two things happen you don’t have a thief that works for you or do you have somebody that’s just too lazy to do their job or do what they say they’ll do

    Very poor. They dont want to deliver 100 miles. It took the regional supervisor to get the delivery done. She was very helpful. I would rate her service a 5+ star

    Do not buy, purchased my first washer and 2 days later I had to get a replacement and the replacement only lasted 1 night, but don’t get me wrong, Best Buy did they’re best in helping me find the right washer and the right brand. —> LG on top
