    I would not recommend purchasing a gift card from Best Buy online. They're incompetent. Unless you intend on checking the balance within their refund window date, which is a ridiculous expectation, I would recommend buying somewhere else. I purchased a few gift cards and when I went to use one, it did not work as it was never activated. Best Buy did not resolve the issue or take responsibility for their mistake. When I attempted to get this resolved with their customer service, they sent me around to 12 representatives for over 2 hours. It's not worth the hassle. And they have terrible customer service by the way. I would beware purchasing anything from them that you might need assistance with in the future.
