Here is a email I wrote to VUDU! I would like to be contacted by a representative of VUDU located in the United States of America, the reason I am requesting this is that the foreign company that you have contracted with to do customer service for Vudu customers is totally incompetent, and the customer service they provide is ridiculously bad! It's not only a communication problem, It's obvious they don't care about providing good customer service, all they do is give you the runaround in resolving problems. You can call numerous times on an issue you're having with a VUDU movie, and they do not resolve it! I do not understand why a customer of Vudu cannot speak to a customer service representative located in the United States of America, especially when the present customer service, which is located outside, the USA is so horribly bad! I have a big investment in Vudu Movies and I would appreciate receiving good customer service when I have a problem. I really cannot believe how horrible and ridiculously bad the present customer service is, that is being provided by your company!
