Great movie, for if you are a Harry Potter fan!!!!

This wasn't a bad movie I just felt it was a little long. They could have shortened this by a good 20 or so minutes and I would have found it more enjoyable. The characters where good and so where the creatures, not a movie I could watch again though.

This was pretty good. If you're expecting something like Harry Potter you might be disappointed. This is it's own thing. I felt it didn't have a really clear narrative, but overall was an enjoyable experience.

I really wanted a digital code that works on iTunes but this particular movie says it does not include iTunes file. I know it's a copyright and not The fault of Best Buy. Just be aware when you buy. That aside, a good movie and exactly what you expect.

Thought this movie would be more kid friendly based on the cover art with lots of cute looking creatures. Movie turned dark at the end and was too intense for my young children. Should have look d up what this movie was about before purchasing

This a good movie reminiscent of Harry Potter. My daughter naturally liked this movie because she's a Potter fan. 3D gives the special effects a nice touch. Definitely worth it to see a smile on my kid's face. We can't wait for the next movie.

This seemed to follow a recent trend of not making any sense the first time I watched it. Only at the end did things seem to get explained that made it make sense. Not a trend that I like. It was a little better second time around but not great.

This movie did not make me want to say WOW what a great movie. Most movies I watch will want to see them over again. This one didn't. In fact I did watch it 3 times. The first two times I fell asleep. The third time I did watch the entire movie.

I have a BIG problem with this one. The movie and the Story line are EXCELLENT. The Audio track leaves a great deal to be desired. With the volume set at "27" we can hear the dialog but All of the secondary (background) noises, effects noises are deafening. With the volume set at "22" we can't hear the dialog but; All of the secondary (background) noises, effect ts noises are tolerable. I set the disc up in (3) three different systems, using all (3) of the audio setting on the disc. (That is a total of (9) nine attempts. The 3D theater system setup was the best setup all the way around. Watch this with the volume remote in your hand. It's LOUD... Huh What? Be Well

Main actor- Redmayne is too mubley-jumbley for my liking. It actually took my attention away from the movie to hear his almost painful speech. Somebody help this guy, please. and yes, I know he's somebody big in British cinema.

I was seriously hoping to love this movie even though the reviews were good but not stellar. I've tried watching it 4 times now and about 1/2 way though I lose interest. Hoping the ending is awesome and I finish it someday.

If you're a Harry Potter fan (which my wife and kids are) you will be entertained by a fairly good movie. I am not a big fan but still enjoyed it and making the wife happy is always a good thing...Happy Wife, Happy Life).

My family found the movie entertaining. It has the same quality sound and effects used in harry potter. My wife read the book and loved it but in all honesty, we both felt the move could have been a lot better.

The first of a planned series of films that takes place in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Entertaining film takes a while to build the story but after you get to know the new characters the story is fine.

The movie is a good new chapter in the Potterverse. The problem is that the digital copy which comes with the movie is not compatible with iTunes so I eventually returned it to simply buy the digital version.

This movie was recommended to me to showcase the new Dolby Atmos audio format. It succeeds as a special effects and audio powerhouse. The story line is less compelling than the Harry Potter series.

Recommend buying this movie, if you are a fan of Harry Potter type movies.. Go with the 3D. I am not a fan of these types of movies. Would not recommend this one to my friends. Wait until HBO features it.

I've loved the whole Potter universe from the jump, but this didn't hit home. there were enjoyable parts here and there, but it just did have the sense of wow and wonder of the earlier books/films.

This is a prequel to Harry Potter. It is based off of a short almost textbook like book. Good special effects and some great actors. Doesn't have the same heart of the other films, but still a fun film

I enjoy the Harry Potter movies and had high hopes for this one but it was average at best. Everyone played their parts well, the story was just a bit too bland and boring. Looked great in 4K though
