Not the best experience

When I got to the store, they had put the order "sticker" over the front of the cardboard movie cover. It almost covered the entire front of the video. The employee that was helping me, exchanged it to a different movie--but only after I said I didn't want that one as it was ruined. Also, the pre-order didn't include the special edition 4K with the special case. I would have preferred that, but oh well. It's less money I spent at your store.
