Love diving back into the Potter universe and this movie does a fantastic job of immersing you again. A fun story with great characters that you doesn't require you to be Potterhead to enjoy. The disc has amazing extras and add the sale price I got it at and it's a win all around.

I initially ordered a similar device online for in store pickup. But, I spoke with a sales person who helped me understand that this model provided a very superior automatic backup program. That's the value in buying at the store; expert guidance. Great device and great expertise!

Same theme,different setting? You're wrong to think this because this starts with the grownups and stays with the grown ups. I love the magical beasts and the imagination of their husbandry. The film's CGI special effects was a magical beast to be beheld in and of itself. Must see.

This prequel to the Harry Potter world we know and love happened in pre-WWII America. It has a delightfully darker tone with amazing creatures, a new hero to root for in Newt Scamander, but much of the familiar language we Muggles have grown comfortable with...

A must for Harry Potter fans, but doesn't require watching the the entire series. I really like Eddie Redmayne's movies and this was no exception. The fantasy elements of the creatures was very intriguing and well executed. I would recommend this to all my Sci-Fi loving friends.

For Harry Potter fans, this movie continues the magical world we have grown to know and love but set in the US. Wonderful story and characters with some mentions of characters we've heard about in the HP books and movies. Who knew there were American witches and wizards?

Fantastic Beasts and where to find them is exactly as the title describes. In the spirit of the Harry Potter world, this movie stands on its own, with fantastic creatures that need rounded up, blame being handed out, and humans involved. Excellent and entertaining movie.

I had high expectations of this film as I am very much a Potterhead and I was not disappointed. Eddie Redmayne is perfect as Newt Scamander and the rest of the cast equally good. For me, there was nothing not to love about this film and I can hardly wait for more from this 'verse.

Got this movie to see magic without Harry Potter. The movie was great. It moves the magical world to the American shores and has all the little things that made the Harry Potter movies so much fun to watch. The characters fall into the magical world as well as the Potter movies.

JKR creates wonderfully imaginative stories and characters. The movie which we watched using our 3D projector reminded us why we still love 3D presentations. Mostly a low light film, it was still colorful and had nice depth to fully exploit the 3D imagery. Great fun for everyone.

I liked this movie. Never read the book but I like anything Harry Potter. The movie has nothing to do with the Harry Potter series but its based on the magical world. It will be interesting to see if they make other movies around this series. This is a great movie to watch in 4K.

Was always a big fan of the Harry Potter series and was excited when I heard about this film. It’s a bit different but also a good different storyline. After seeing this one I had to watch the sequel. Can’t wait for the third film.

OMG !!! Funny storyline and very interesting right from the beginning. There is too much going on almost to notice everything; but it's astounding in "eye candy", meaning you won't know where to look. It's all beautiful and amazing. Wait until you get inside the suitcase.....

Loved taking another trek into the wonderful, whimsical wizarding world I fell in love during the Harry Potter films! Venture back 54 years before Harry's birth to 1926 New York as Newt Scamander introduces us to a score of strange beasts. This movie is fun for the whole family!

Personally I found Fantastic Beast to be more enjoyable than the last 4~5 Harry Potter installments. The story definitely takes a more serious tone to go along with the adult main characters but stays true to the wonder of the early HP films. I did not see this film in the theaters. Presented in 4K HDR on an OLED TV I'm sure I didn't lose anything by opting for the home viewing experience.

Yay for more stories from the world of Harry Potter. The first of a new prequel series , this wont disappoint if you are already a fan. I got the 4K version and its absolutely stunning as 4k usually is. I would recommend!

I had to return. The description indicates the movie comes with a digital copy also but the version we received did not. Same issue with another retailer so I’m assuming this is an issue with the description provided by the manufacturer. If you want a digital copy do not purchase.

The color, detail and CGI are outstanding. I didn't know what to expect from this film but it was way above others release in the last few years. If you enjoy really good, feel good movies, don't pass on this one. The story was fast paced and full of surprises with many twist and turns. This is not Harry Potter revisited but a new story history. I can only hope they make more films like this!

This was a great movie to experience another part of the HP world. I enjoy watching all the magical creatures. I enjoyed Newt's and Kowalski's relationship. It's nice to hear names of other characters from HP world and can't for other movies and possibly see Dumbledore again.

I have never been a big Harry Potter fan but that did not matter when watching this film. It is a lot of fun. I saw it in the theater and could not wait to get the home version. Highly recommend, especially if you have a Blu-ray and like to watch on your digital devices.
