    I actually liked this better than the Harry Potter series but then again this was aimed more at my age range.

    The movie has little nods to other books in the series. It plays heavily on fan service but little on the plot at hand. The only muggle is there just to react and be someone to talk to. He has no real purpose. Only at the end of the film do you realize that the true purpose of the film is to set up four more films. Feels like a waste, but a waste that doesn't leave you bored.
