I loved this movie in the theater and was excited to watch it at home. As usual, you can't get the same experience. But, with the 4k quality picture, it was pretty close. The story is great and the colors are better. I would totally recommend this to others.

I am always prepared for the low points or slow parts of a long movie but this one had none! Every moment was memorable. I have watched this movie every day since I bought it. Also I am very happy with the 4K upgrade (this was my first 4K movie). Delightful!

I really enjoyed this movie from beginning to end. From the graphics to the creatures that's featured this movie is such an incredible ride. The cast really delivered a incredible performance as they ushered in a new adventure in the world of Harry Potter.

I would say that this is a must see for the Harry Potter fans out there. It's a fun watch that follows the story line of the Harry Potter series of movies. It was an interesting twist to the American side of wizardry. Just a fun movie for the family.

This movie is an absolute gem, we watched it almost as soon as we got home with it! The characters are compelling and intriguing, and the plot line sets up future movies wonderfully. If you are a Harry Potter fan, you will not be disappointed in this movie!

Best 3 D movie I've seen to date. Although the movie industry seems to minimize 3D productions today this one is a perfect fit. A quick moving action fatasy from start to finish. With the resolutions of today's technology the experience can only get better.

I purchased this movie for my grandkids and they loved it. They are big Potter fans so I knew they would enjoy the theme. They have watched it several times and talk about their favorite parts. Good family fun I would and have recommended it to my friends.

This was a good movie. It was a little confusing and disconnected, but the visuals were great. I recommend this if you were going to see the next movie in the sequence. I very much enjoyed the Harry Potter films and the next chapter with JK Rowling is off to a good start. This is an enjoyable film with some laugh out loud moments. I hope the next four films are as good.

As Potter lore falls, Fantastic Beasts is a good entry in the series, serving in a period prior to the other films, it allows the viewer an interesting look into the wizard/muggle interactions and the reasons the two are kept separate. An enjoyable watch!

No need to be a potter fan to see this...but it definitely makes your hair stand on end if you are! It gives you that "I'm home" feeling and makes you crave more when the credits roll. If this had an opportunity for more than 5 stars, I'd give it to them!

A wonderful continuation (Prehistory!?) of the Harry Potter universe. I recommend getting both of these as they are in some ways better than some of the HP movies and they don't have a book to compare to.

You don't need to read any books or watch any of the Harry Potter movies to enjoy this new offering. Based on a book referenced in the Potter series and written by J.K. Rowling, this story takes place in NY decades before Potter was born. The Blu-ray provides a terrific transfer of the HD source material and loads of great behind the scenes extras.

Great movie overall and fun to still be in the HP universe but be outside and separate from Harry so that fans can learn more about the world as well as learn about the events that took place to shape what would later had in the main Harry Potter series

Great movie set in the 1920s New York. Great Special effects, Story, Acting. Just like all the Harry Potter Movies, you wanted a little bit more. Looks like this could be open for a sequel or two? I hope so! Might be a little scary for little ones.

I had originally seen this at a theater in 3D, which was great! But I think I enjoyed it even more at home in 4K HDR, with surround sound. The movie itself is a delight, a fun story with good acting, but the HDR and sound effects are incredible!

Excellent movie. Good price. Easy pickup. The packaging says it is just a blu-ray but inside you get the blu-ray, DVD, and digital. Thankfully the employee opened it up instore to show me. They would sell more in store if it was packaged right :)

I have read the Harry Potter books and watched all the movies, but wasn't sure what to expect from this one. The movie was very entertaining, but it was darker than some of the other movies. Great movie, but would not recommend for young children.

If you are a Harry Potter fan, this movie was wonderful in keeping with the theme of the other movies. Loved the fact that you learn about the wizarding world from the past and that it ties in when the other movies but is a stand alone in its own right.

This film was a pleasant surprise and I would recommend this film to anyone who in anyway liked any of the Harry Potter films. Story, special effects, and sound all well above average. On sale for thirteen bucks make this an excellent blu ray purchase.
