Continuing action adventure and entertainment in the magical world of wizard and fantastic creatures. Building the story line and creating the begging of the realm of magic and wonderment we experienced in the first Harry Potter adventures

This is a great sequel in this series and also does a great deal to setup the world where the Harry Potter series picks up at. Maybe a touch long, and probably a couple things I would have changed but overall great story and great acting!

The first Fantastic Beasts was great and so was this one. It is a great lead into the Harry Potter saga, timeline ways. The critters were cute and / or frightening but always awesome. These are great movies for the whole family to enjoy. I hope that the author keeps “Rowling” them out.:) :)

The movie is captivating from beginning to end. Can’t wait till the next movie to be released. The picture quality in the 4k version is awesome and the Dolby Atmos sound track just helps to make the movie that much more enjoyable.

Great movie as well as great 4k quality. The audio track is a little quiet and the surround track is underwhelming at some points in the movie. Had to have it on a pretty high volume on a Sonos surround system as some scenes are too quiet. Overall great movie with a lackluster audio track.

The second installment of the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them franchise does not disappoint. The non stop crazy magical action will have you on the edge of your seat and rooting for your favorite characters from the first movie.

Our family are definitely Harry Potter fans, having been to the studios in England a few times and we also love the Fantastic Beasts movies. This movie is as good as the first and we cannot wait to see where Fantastic Beasts goes next.

The second movie of the Fantastic Beast set of movies part of the Harry Potter family of movies. Great story filled with action. This packaging includes the digital format which allows mobile viewing without the need of physical DVD.

If you're a fan of the first Fantastic Beasts, you will love this second addition to the franchise. It is really enjoyable to see how the characters develop and to learn about what happens prior to the Harry Potter movies. A must have in 4K...the sound and visual effects are amazing.

If yes, you'll like this story. This is the younger years of Professor Dumbledore. If this saga continues we may see all other characters, like the parents of Harry Potter and so on. But of course, this is the story of Newt Scamander.

I've really tried to find the good in this movie as a Harry Potter fan that has read and then re-listened to all of the audio books with my wife on long road trips. This movie adds to the lore of the Harry Potter universe but even in the second movie takes a long time building up to an interesting story. As a film it has parallels to the 1927 and the upcoming World War. I get that it's a series but it can be slow. It is nice to see a return to locations like Hogwarts in this film and hopefully more will be seen there in future films. As far as the UHD movie it looks great with a somewhat muted color tone. The HDR looks great on a compatible television and adds to the experience. Even the sound is great with an immersive soundtrack.

This movie isn’t bad, but not that great either. There’s more hype 4 the movie than what it really is. It leaves u wanting more, but all it really does is continue a story, reveals spoilers & sets up the next movie in the franchise in a very great way. I still recommend 2 any HP fan.

There is a lot going on in this imaginative film. The plot and characters are still being developed, even though this is the 2nd movie. It's no less interesting, and the story still draws you in, especially if you are the typical J.K .Rowling fan. Non-fans, or those who are simply looking for some magic, an array of new creatures, along with curious activities might also be interested. However, this film, unlike the first of this series, is simply not watchable as a stand alone. Video Quality (3D and Blu-ray: Video is relentlessly dark. Very dark in both 3D and the Blu-ray. And then there are the darker scenes. Good grief. The 3D effects are special in a few places and adds to the overall film most of the time. But, it's all very dark, in case you missed my earlier comments.

Crimes of Grindelwald adds history to Dumbledore’s past. The CG creatures are believable. The extended cut available via digital code doesn’t add much. Just watch the deleted scenes instead. The extras give some cool insights. Art department, the depth of supporting detail.

Great movie standing alone on Blu-ray DVD! Even better with 3-D glasses on a 3-D TV! Our family loves 3-D movies and we’re not disappointed with this movie! The creatures literally seem to jump off the screen! Well done!

This is the second in the Fantastic Beasts series by JK Rowling. Again she uses her excellent ability to tell a story and keep the audience involved with her characters and story line. If your a lover of the magical and fantasy world this is a good one to add to your collection.

it's a good movie but definitely no harry potter. it's got a lot going on and it's almost as if she was trying to throw as many harry potter references in there as possible to try them into the story. with that being said it's got great visual effects and it's still worth a watch.

The woman that got boys reading again never fails to impress (I lie - the final Potter book that was turning into a play kinda sucked, but...) Eddy Redmayne is superb as a shy wizard... awesome cgi... I couldn't resist.
