Buyer Beware: Item received is not as pictured

I opted to return in-store, but the store was unable to do a re-ship of the correct item. In addition, online and in-store customer service were unable to figure out if the SKU was wrong or the photo was wrong. There is another item, SKU 3142111, on BestBuy.com which appears to be the same for $27.99, but the store refused to Price Match. I am very disappointed as this error resulted in my inconvenience and no movie.
