The Fast and Furious series is one of the best I have ever seen. A general rule of thumb I have found with movies is the first will be good, the second worth watching and after that the series or franchise is clearly not well thought of beyond just how to make more money. Fast and Furious franchise is different (yes i understand the purpose of these movies is for the company and actors to make money) but what is different is that each chapter in the story line is well thought out, planned, and edited with excellent acting. Each one carefully plays into and off of the previous ones and the entire story flows with 1 solid story line that doesn't deviate or try and change anything before it. If you want to see how following movies in a series need to be done to make the entire series worth seeing and not just the first couple, then this franchise will show you how.

Introduction of Hobbs to the franchise. Fight scenes between him and Vin Diesel are awesome. Final car driving sequence is spectacular.

Pretty great disc even if HDR runs a bit to hot, if you have the setting on high it'll blow it all out but not too bad

Please just car action, not other thing. Big story , big looking and no more original action but still good.

Fast Five is definitely one of the best looking 4Ks I’ve seen... movie is still entertaining as well.

Overall pretty good movie. Good action. The Rock being introduced into the series was kind of cool. Awesome character, but I feel as if the directors or whoever the decision makers about characters in the movie are, made him a huge part of the series from his intro into the series. They should have built into his presence a little more slowly, just my opinion. Awesome character and great portrayal by Dwayne Johnson, bada** character. He did it very well. All in all, a great movie, one of my favorite in the series due to the bringing together of everyone. I just wish they wouldn't have changed Tyreses' character from part 2, into what they made him into as the series went on. He was supposed to be kind of a hard tough guy, and they turned him into a sort of bi***. One of my major complaints of the movie series. I miss the "dont give a f*** attitude/persona" that Roman had in 2 Fast 2 Furious. I do recommend this movie. I have all the movies on blu-ray, except 6 and 7, since they were offered on 4k, so I have them on 4k. I do not have the want get Tokyo Drift tho

The movie itself was very good but the 4K transfer made the experience even better.

This is my favorite of the six . I laughed, sat on the edge of my seat, and felt the love of family. A dysfunctional family of people from different backgrounds, skill sets, walks of life, ethnicity, and with different goals in life. Yet, they were committed to each other and willing to sacrifice for each other. When the call was received, they dropped what they were doing and came together for a common purpose. The entry of Dwayne Johnson into the series and the location of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil made it even better! I have watched Fast Five several times on cable and blu-ray. Each time it is just as exciting and enjoyable as the first time!

Cars go fast. Guys talk tough. Things blow up. Video and audio are decent.

Good movie lots of action good sound good story well worth the price

I am in the process of upgrading all my Fast & Furious movies to the Steelbook versions available at Best Buy. I Found Fast Five, so needless to say when I found the Steelbook version at my local BB I pounced on it!! And it was under $15 too!! Great looking case. As for the movie it is crystal clear on Blu-Ray. And the sound is awesome from my surround sound set up. The steel book version also includes the DVD version and an Ultraviolet digital copy. I am currently upgrading all my Fast & Furious movies to the Steelbook versions! Thanks BB!! You ROCK!!

Great movie series, had to add to collection for a good price.

The movie also looks good in Regular blu ray transfer.

Note: This review is mostly for the steelbook and not the actual blu-ray disc. Sturdy case with a high gloss design on the front and back, that looks great if you complete the entire steelbook set. Would rate it 4/5. Knocked it one point for having no inside artwork. Fast Five blu-ray is my favorite out of the series, just ahead of the original. Amazing picture quality and sound too. - Picture: 5/5 - Audio: 5/5 - Steelbook: 4/5 (5/5 if you put in your own custom artwork, as I have done with these Fast/Furious steelbooks)

I didn't think I'd like this movie; but it has Dwayne Johnson in it so I gave it a try. Was totally blown away. The stunts are just gobtastic! The stunt men and women are totally amazing! The way the film was shot is amazing too. The location scenes and crane scenes were applause worthy. I just like the "look" of the film more than anything. The camera shots and angles are visually pleasing. Based on this film, I watched a few other Fast and Furious movies. They are ok; but this one is by far my favourite.

I find myself in a category where i'm trying to be entertained enough by a movie to not think about unrealistic plots OR I want the movie to really convey some sense. This movie is all about the non stop entertainment. Adding the Rock to the cast makes for an energizer bunny that keeps the movie ticking. Cant complain about owning. On second thought, having a DVD included for family wagon rides would be a bonus!

Seriously, a must have. If you don't have the saga, get it. Watch the extended versions of all of the movies. I'm a huge fan not just because the writers came up with a fantastic story line, by the action sequences, plus they brought in the Rock! Yeah, started off buying 7 knowing that I would wind up buying them all, and I did, have the whole saga on Blu-ray. Made me want to visit Brazil some day.
